Good morning, all! I hope everyone is having an enjoyable day. Except @Chakris who is hopefully having restful sleep.
All boxes are emptied! Yay! Now to cart the broken down boxes to the recycling bins. I organized carefully as I put it all away. Still have a bit of clothing and office organization to do. My inner analytical obsessive compulsive dork is purring happily.
Only minor damages incurred - not bad for a 3,000 mile journey. My stylus on my beloved Technics SL-Q2 was one. I may have broken it when I removed the bubble wrap. Cost was $50 about 10 yrs ago. Found it for $18 on Amazon and it arrives today.
One box had clearly been dropped and/or crushed - not badly damaged, but visible. Only my large white conch shell suffered. Just a few small chips along the edge. I've had it since I was a small child. No one has any recollection where I got it or who gave it to me. It's dinged but intact. Just like me.

Now that is super cool! We are 9 days apart!!! My mom said I was late. But it was later than nine days though.
