Hello friends! I'm having a late night break on the patio, listening to the desert breeze through the palm tree leaves. Sounds almost like small drums. The familiar sound of crickets going too.
I managed to finally get my second Aqua v2 running and loaded up with Serendipity. I'm taking a walk on the wild side by using the SS tank. Can't see the juice level! Here's hoping I remember to fill it before getting a dry hit. I do love how it looks in all metal.
Anyone here ever sell a house where the buyer requests "seller assist?" We had a low-ball offer and they want me to pay 6% of their closing costs. Plus they want the mower without paying for it. Um, no thank you! The mower alone is worth a bit more than the $3,800 I'm asking for it. Sheesh. (Commercial grade, zero turn, etc. and with relatively few mowing hours on it)
There's another offer on the table, and a third buyer seeing the place for the second time tomorrow. There's good reason to hope for a better deal. It'll be a huge weight off our minds when it finally sells!

Our summer heat finally broke and we've been getting rains every other day for the past couple weeks. Mama is so relieved that she doesn't have to water so often now - she was sure her plants were going to shrivel up and die. I'm relieved because I don't have to move them into the shade any more.
Lori, I'm sure you'll get the price you want for - it's a beautiful house on a great piece of land.

Thanks, Chak, for the vote of confidence. I have faith that it will all go well. It's a bit nerve wracking, but nowhere near desperation. At a certain point, we may have to cut our losses, and that will be okay. It's not there yet, thankfully. I can't complain, because not so long ago, the property was underwater. I'm so grateful to be past that. Anything from there is a bonus!

Well I think most of the bad weather has passed. There was flooding. But thankfully it didn't get as bad as it could have here. I made it through okay so far. Whew, what a relief. My next place, if I do ever got to move, is going to be on higher ground.
Yeah, I'd watch out for seller assist -Closing costs to you may already be as much as 6% of gross, I'd ask for a dollar number should that come up again. Sounds like you're not going to have to fiddle faddle with that problem though, you have a hot property!

Hey hhv army. How's everyone been? Don't even remember the last time I logged in. I guess it was before Tapatalk logged me out of the forum and I couldn't get back in.
Anyway.... I'm good the wife is good and the baby is great. Everyone's healthy and life is good. Not sure I'll be active but im looking for a cheap silver bullet to remember the old days of vaping so what better place to find one then ecf.
Still vaping prolly more then ever but exclusive to clearos these days. No more building, no more reos, just regulated and starres for the most part.
Hope all is well and life is treating each and everyone of you great.
