Good Wednesday Morning, Army!!! It is now 00:06 in the morning. Only one more day till company comes and I'm already burned out. Deep cleaning the house without the domestic help is killing me. Should be fun when they get here though. Having a small house party on Sunday as sort of a belted wedding reception, Thai style.

Also got some temporary work applying for US visas for a friend who needs to go back State side, but needs to take a couple caregivers to get her around. Bike accident about 4 years ago, broken back left her almost paralyzed.

Might not be in too much in the next two weeks. Will see. Y'all take care.

Oops, now it's 00:16 in the AM. :closedeyes:zzzZZZ

You'd miss us! :)

Spartinburg South Carolina..Making the move away from the Atlanta area. I miss my home state.

Can't blame you. My P's bought a lot on Lake Keowee near Seneca back in the early 90's. Started to build a house on it for retirement and then my Dad got sick and passed away. Worked hisass off all his life and his dreams were stolen from him.

Thanks Hula. I already took it back to a previous time, and I do have Malwarebytes. I also have Spywareblaster. I highly recommend that one too. It interfered with Spywareblaster and having all enabled on it. So going back took care of that too. I get so tired of fighting the crooks, it is not even funny.

Control panel: System & Security: Action Center: Restore your computer to an earlier time. Choose the date prior to the update. Run. Don't interrupt. Turn off windows automatic updates. (Control Panel: System & Security: Turn off/on Windows updates.

Download malware bytes - free version, run. It will more than likely get the virus for you.

The Upstate. Lot of Money people moving in along SC Rte. 11 these days. Used to be some good 'clear' coming out of there, but now it's all becoming Gated Subdivisions and Golf Courses. But Home is still Home. Welcome back to the Carolinas Rick.
I'm taking a trip down to the Tail of the Dragon in June. I'm going through Asheville. How far from that area are ya Papaw?

If you have time, check out the Biltmore Estate in Asheville. It will blow your mind. I was never one for house tours. The Biltmore smoked me. Pop is about 2-1/2 -3 hours from Asheville.

That is part of why I'm going on that route, sir.

Good afternoon....just a quick hello to let you all know I'm alive and doing well. Hopefully later this week I'll have a chance to try and catch up a little on the forums. Unfortunately was sick for about half of our trip, but managed to enjoy the last half. Now just have to get caught up with work and at home...hope you are all doing well.

They have no idea what is draining the battery on my car.
It is still in the shop.
I still have the rental car.
It better not have this problem again after I get it back, whenever that will be

You got yourself a lemon. If their computer can't detect the problem, that car is in trouble!

What are your rights with regard to demanding a new vehicle? I wouldn't trust it going out of state either.

Not sure. Something to consider. The funny thing, it was fine until the damn recall stuff was done. After that, it went to hell.

Going out of State won't be at least until July. I will know if it is trustworthy or not by then. If it isn't.....there will be a new vehicle somehow. ;)
