All packed and waiting for time to pass. Picked up a new KFL+ on a flash sale for a good price. Didn't know if I was going to put it into rotation or not. Decided to just get it ready for this trip....just in case. So I have three of them bad boys going with me.

batteries all charged and in their battery case and in my carry on luggage. Liquid is in the baggie. Stuff for rewicking if the need should arise. With three Kayfuns, I don't think I will need to but..you never know.

One good thing about El Paso, no humidity. I can straighten my hair and it won't frizz on me

Three hour layover in Atlanta  At least they have internet there. I remember a time when I would be thrilled for a long layover. I would be able to go outside and have several cigarettes before having to go back through security. Now it is just an inconvenience.

Bridget! It is about time you showed up. I was beginning to get worried.

Robin, you will get through this. I would say if you don't want to change flavors, up the nicotine! (if you can) A glass of wine, or a stiff drink, sounds like just the ticket, if nothing else. Make sure you have back ups, and plenty of juice, batteries, and all the fixings. Double check your list. You know El Paso probably doesn't have HHV. I wish they had some around here. I got a notice on my newest HHV order, it has shipped! Nothing new and exciting, just the tried and true, this time around for me. I wish y'all would quit talking about Turkish Tobacco. That stuff Halo makes is good. If HHV does make a Turkish net, I hope they don't throw Latakia in there. I don't care for it, especially if it is the predominant flavor. If they make it, I hope the Turkish is very much the predominant flavor, with something to sweeten it a tad bit would be fine.
I don't like latakia either. In fact, it tatstes horrible. Very few vendors offer a latakia-dominate vape. It is used primarily as a shaper and not a primary flavor due to its smoky characteristics. You will find latakia in many.many NETs and you would miss it if it weren't in there.

Good Morning Army. Easing into the first cup of coffee. Highs in low '80's today, and it tends to dry up this time of year in the Piedmont area of the Carolinas. The next 4 -6 weeks will be the best time of year to live here. All of the Hairy Homeowner type stuff I've been putting off because "It's too damn hot out there" will need another excuse now....

Have a Safe and Blessed Day :)
So true. Going to replant my lawn starting next week. Had some Japanese Stiltgrass take over this year and it killed my grass.

I did it! Beat my best time by quite a bit.. Same race a few years back-27:28. Today 25:51.. So pleased to be creeping up on 40 with better race times!

Well done! That's quite an improvement! As I said, age is only numbers. :)

Good morning/afternoon, everyone.

Yes LA, I appreciate those words, thank you. I'm kinda looking forward to my 40s as my kids will be 'grown'.

I text Tammy (IowaGal). She is doing fine, very busy with work and house construction. She will try to catch up soon. (I forgot I had her cell # :?:)

CONGRATULATIONS Bridget!!!

All that hard work payed off :)

So happy that Iowa is still doing good. I had a feeling that the new house was taking up the little bit of spare time she used to devote to ECF. ;)

If you talk to her again, please pass our love on to her. We sure do miss her

@Robino1 - Congrats on your new KFL+! And safe travels! I haven't been to many airports, but I have been in the Atlanta one several times. Not the nicest place to have 3 hrs to hang out, but with internet, the time will pass quickly. Each time I was there I ended up in the smoking lounge more than once. Seemed like it had been designed to be aversion therapy to get people to quit smoking. ;)

Chak, I can still get juice. But after this month, I don't know how things are gonna work. Maybe Pappy knows. I am still mad about the new regs that will be coming out. I should have enough juice to tide me over, until I figure out what I need to do. I have to stop paying so much attention to the news, and especially bad news. It is hurting my health. Politicians are supposed to be our voice, not our boss.

Today the weather is much more pleasant. The pollen is rough though. When I was a kid, I just had spring allergies. Now the only time I don't have them, is during the dead of winter. I need to oil my Woodvil this weekend. A new coil may, or may not get done. I haven't put a new one on, since I got this thing. Just put a fresh battery in there, and I'm good to go for several hours. :)
