Did he really? Yeah, that would burst my bubble alright! Based on what the experts have been saying (i.e., the juicemakers), two weeks is unnecessary and 3 - 5 days should be plenty for these 10 - 15mL bottles. I got the 12mL bottles so I guess I could try it right out of the box just to get a sneak peek anyway. What'yuh think GT?

I usually try them right out of the box, unless they smell weird, eg Dragon's Fire.

Just ordered a 30ml bottle of gandalf....If you had told me this would happen a week ago I would have laughed at you.

Maybe I acquired a taste for it after trying it every day or maybe it just got that much better with time. I dont know but I do know I like it a lot now and will be happily waiting for the mailman to arrive so I can put the bottle aside for a week

I think you did laugh a week ago when I TOLD YOU SO. Lol. I'm telling ya I was in the same boat. Stuff just grows on you and gets better every day. I do the same. I've now got one bottle extra and order 2 each time just so I always have a ripe one. Glad to hear it came around for ya!

How long have you quit smoking RJ? (love the kitty btw, awwww). Sometimes symptoms can directly relate to quitting smoking. It sounds more like the PG than the nicotine. Too high a nicotine generally causes lightheadedness/headaches and nausea. Keep us updated on how the adjusted PG ratio works for you.

This past Thursday (well, OK, yesterday, duh) it was four weeks since my last real cigarette. This is my tenth quit, and I quit cold turkey last year from April 22 to December 11 (7.5 months, my longest quit). All I did was gain weight but never a rash. I really think the rash is the PG. I have been nic sick a lot too so the nicotine had to be lowered. Who knew I would become a chain vaper? I plan on vaping the 40/60 all weekend to see if it goes away. So far I really like it. The flavor is still there and the vapor cloud is a whole lot bigger with the higher VG. I will definitely continue to adjust down if needed. And yes our kitty is something else. She's more human-like than cat. Sooooo sweet! We are in love with her.

And my Highbrow order was just fine out of the hot mailbox. Woohoo! I know a lot of people don't like the base taste of Highbrow's tobaccos...but I can't get enough of it. The clouds have parted and all is well in RJ's world.

Good approach! That's how it works in my house too. I'd rather be wrong and peaceful than right and fighting.

How many flavors have you tried? Out of 49 flavors I've reordered only 3. I will be reordering from HHV I just don't know which ones yet.

You know, I'm not sure. Let me see....I'd say about 30 or so. And I really only grooved on 3 of them. So I'm doing a little better than you. And now you have added more restrictions with your PG afliction. I'm hoping I can come up with a winner or two out of my 4-flavor HHV sampler. All you guys are encouraging with your results.

I know. And this also means I can't order samples that come in high PG only. (sigh) I really shouldn't be ordering 30 ml bottles until I find the the right combination. But I had to reorder my favs in larger bottles. The 60% VG vapor clouds are huge and thick. I mean WOW.

Do you have a serious reaction to pg? I'm sensitive to pg as well and vape a 40/60 blend. I go ahead and vape the 70%pg samples. I can't vape on them for more than a couple minutes but enough to know if I like it or not. Except copper creeks house blend. Even 100%vg makes my throat sore with just a few drags. Something in that my body don't like. Shame. It's a great tasting juice.

I've had a contact dermatitis-type rash around my mouth and nose and between my eyes the entire time I've vaped. The stuffy nose and puffy eyes went away though. Nothing a little makeup won't cover and it's just slightly uncomfortable. But yeah, I'm still vaping the 70-80% PG samplers I got. Ya gotta do whatcha gotta do! I really don't want to go all VG. Ah ya. They do sell wide mouth drip tips. And HHV 100%vg is actually pretty thin.

Lil steroid cream should help the dermatitis too. Hydrocortisone 1%. Think 2% requires a script.

Agree with this. HHV 100% VG isn't "thin", but compared to some, like Boba's for instance, which has the consistency of cold maple syrup, HHV 100% VG is not bad at all. It is not an atty killer.

I just ran across one place that has a standard 40/60 mix (samplers too). Can't remember off the top of my head. If I can think of it, I'll get back to you (unless you know already).
