Shadowfax benefits greatly with a couple weeks or more of steeping. Of all the HHV tobaccos I've tried, nothing has benefitted more from steeping than Shadowfax IMO. It went from "Yuck, cake!" out of the mailbox to "Wow, this is excellent!" in those two weeks.

Maybe with 2 30ml bottles I will be able to let one steep that long...

So... Today I broke a Mini Nova in my pocket in a way that I didn't even know they could be broken. Is it wrong that I was more upset about losing the approx. 1 mL of Shadowfax than I was about breaking my Mini?

I think not.

I spilled a bit, wanted to beat the H out of myself.
Come on Heather, I need my order...

so my overall favorite at the moment is Dragon Fire.

Still love that CP, but it is a fruit and it just doesn't always go with what I'm drinking or my mood. Dragon Fire is just as wonderful while making dinner, watching TV, or having my morning coffee.

Have a good day... I'm off to work, with vaping goodies to share with friends and a large pot of Gypsy Soup to go with this gorgeous fall weather we are having (fall in AZ=Oh! This is why I live here!).

Well Sunny, if you're getting into Dragon's Fire big time, let me suggest a next step into the world of tobacco (seeing you think you were exclusively a fruity girl). Try Pirate's Booty next. It's Dragon's Fire with less dessert flavor. Very similar though. Then after Pirate's Booty, go to Serendipity which has even less dessert than Pirate's (though, not much).

One note about the tobaccos...you must let them steep.

Hey Robin, I got no reply from Lisa on that wick yet. I think they have that vapefest in Richmond this weekend so many vendors are rather incapacitated. I'll hear from her tonight or tomorrow. I'm looking for the 1.5mm silica (glass) wick as it closely replicates what you have in your Nova. Why fix something that isn't broke.

Personally, I think I would like that better than the wick I got from MOV. It wicks good, but looks more like a cotton ball.

I definitely agree that dripping uses less juice....but others have told me dripping uses MORE juice in their experience. But since I do both throughout the day it's hard to keep up.

You know, I've been thinking about this. I imagine the reason some say it uses more juice is because they are dripping too often and flooding their atty. It does take a bit to learn how to do it without juice running down the battery because you were too eagerly adding more drops.

Yeah Burl, I don't like those wide wicks. I prefer the thinner ones and just put three or four of them together. At some point, you have to ask why the designer used those wicks too. I never get dry hits with the 3/4 strands so why change it? Sometimes we have a tendency to believe that Change = Better.

I will surely use them up. But next time, I will find the wick material that came with the Novas. Even if only for the looks. On the other hand-- This stuff from MOV is working like a charm. Expecially in my Phoenix atty. I agree that for the price, you should get closer to 10 feet and not 1 foot.

I saw a huge thread going somewhere around here about how bad silica wicks are for you. They were all using stuff like bamboo string, cotton string, cotton gauze, etc. I'm not sure I buy into the silica wicks being bad, but was interested about the other wicking materials.

Euros and Aussies have been vaping four years longer than Americans. They'll keel over before we do if silica is bad for you. They are serving as my distant early warning.

Update and Caution!!!!!!! My tastebuds are not trustworthy!!!

That drip test I did of ParrotHead the other night seriously affected my taste perception for the rest of the night and most of yesterday. ParrotHead itself is darn tasty. I only vaped about 6 drops on it's own atty. But, afterwards, trying to vape Bobas, all I could taste was lime. I swear I could taste lime in Bobas. Different atty, and tried cartos, too. Then I tried Gandalf again and it had hardly any flavor. Tried the Cherry Bomb again and it tasted better. Heck, now I don't know what anything tastes like. You cannot trust my tastebuds.
