Most def... HHV's juices come really 'clean'.... they don't taste artificial. The best way I've described it is comparing freshly squeezed orange juice to either juice from concentrate or 'fake' OJ.... One loses some of the body of fresh OJ, and the other is just a chemically enhanced approximation of what OJ SHOULD taste like. HHV's are freshly squeezed OJ.... the other juice vendors I've tried to date are more like Sunny D, ESPECIALLY what they try to pass off as 'tobacco' :) Legend... that sucker takes weeks to steep. TRUST me on this... Legend is my #1 vape and it has two lives... first, there is a sweetness that kind of rules the roost... but over time.... a month or so... that fruity sweetness fades out and what you end up with is a straight-on, full flavored, spicy/sweet (sweet in a tobacco sense, not fruit) pipe tobacco. Very rich bodied... If you want "Tobacco", leave some Legend aside and don't touch it for a few weeks (yeah... trust me, that's easier said than done). If you vaped the three month old Legend I have and the fresh stuff, back to back, you would probably not even think they are the same juice.
I said the exact same thing a few pages back and darn near the same taste description too same steeping time , good to know someone else see's it the same way it verifies my experience .

Dragon's Fire is good but you got more than one good juice coming your way , I love me some Legend !

    Retic,

This is the honest truth... I have read a lot of post that say this and that is "really great stuff" and I have learned to take it with a grain of salt (maybe two).

But for me "Legend" is the first juice that I can say is "really great stuff" (stuff is substituted for the word actually used). I haven't tried as many as you folks (just enough to stay above the poverty line) but all the juices leading up to "Legend" where yuk to not too bad. Legend was the first ever to exceed my expectations. Now you folks say if I leave it sit for a couple of more weeks I will achieve nirvana - Hot-Darn!

Say Lion, how are those rings workin' for you? Really enhances the flavor, huh? :)

Still getting the Russian emails. Waiting to see if the KFL hype is justified. Made a micro-coil today...sort of. It was a bit of a mess, and I had to walk away.

Holman I like Legend fresh and steeped the change with steeping is dramatic so I order enough and frequently enough to have it both ways. Legend darn near becomes a totally different juice at 4-6 weeks of steeping .

Will they take your pix while you vape? :)

I "liked" the video April! What an awesome girl!

Steeping is everything. Most of my tobacco juices, specifically NETS, just bloom into greatness with time and they change dramatically for the better I think. Don't forget to pop that bubble that forms in the neck of the bottles after you shake. If a bubble forms after shaking (and mine always does) just gently squeeze the bottles until the bubble pops. That bubble would prevent proper steeping. :)

What a week. I'm tired already.

I should also add that some people , my best friend included prefer Legend fresh , he still likes it steeped but prefers it fresh , you should try it both ways to see what your preference is , I would also recommend trying it weekly so you can note the changes and figure out what's optimum for you .

In all the time have shook bottles I have never got a bubble. Has to be that thick purity juice. :)

I wanna join your church, lol! I grew up southern baptist-- no drinking, smoking, dancing, breathing..

I'm guessing for the church bulletin the beer and vape should probably stay at home:laugh:

Only you will know where that smile really came from! ;)

Will do! I have had a lot of trouble buying into this "Steep" thing. "I'll get my head right just don't hurt me anymore boss" (Cool Hand Luke). ;)

The steeping does have a lot of influence in HHV juices - I remember having a bottle of Black & Blue really come alive after a few weeks of steeping.

On the other hand, PG/VG ratio plus nic levels will also come into play with the flavor. I had a couple orders back in March/April where I dropped the nic level to 6 mg and lowered the usual 50/50 PG/VG level to 40/60 on some and 100% VG on others and for me, I lost all but a hint of flavor! Especially on the non-NET juices. I am now repairing that by mixing higher PG/VG and nic levels of the same flavors to the old juices and it's working out well.

Adam himself even stated that PG is the major flavor carrier. Having said that though, HHV does try to compensate when going to higher or 100% VG by adding more flavor extracts to the blends.
