wonders how you kept on going with the puter if the power went out... duh.. Ill bet you have a laptop... and yes I have a flip open phone too

iPhone is real handy for those situations. Only had one flicker at work. Weekend officially starts in 15 min. (I hope )

Happy Sunday Afternoon!

Here's my trying to catch up post.

I love my phone and I do text a lot. But just simple things like, where are you? I'm running late etc...

I have not come close to any hormonal shifts and I'm not looking forward to it.

I'm introverted too. For all the others out there, you might want to pick up Susan Cain's book, "Quiet". Very enlightening and a sort of freeing. That's why I like my hoop so much. Even when I go to hoop jams with 20 or so others, we're all basically still alone in our dance and movement.

I'm having a rough day over here, but it will pass.

The H1N1 did not hold my interest, I probably won't re-order. Back onto my HA kick!

Do you text while driving?

I must have gotten very lucky. Hormonal changes are past and the worst that happened were hot flashes. Most of those were at night while sleeping. Exercise helped. No grumpiness, no emotional sensitivities. I never did any hormone replacement or vitamin therapies. Just let nature take its course. It's been so long that I can't even remember how many years now. It's been at least 5+ years.

The love of my life went through some unmercifully hard times. When she started it even hurt me to see her suffer.
I hope all Ladies are as lucky as you.

Morning Army! Back safe from the trip to the airport, however, only running on 2 cylinders and 3 hours sleep.

Kicking myself in the .... this morning too. For not having my daughter check the power rating of the KitchenAid mixer she bought for us - we use 210 V 50 Hz and the machine is 120 V 60 Hz. Now I have to find a step-down transformer.

Dang thing sure is prurty though!

Yea-but, will it handle the 50 Hz?

Imagine dropping that thing on your foot from the top of a refridgerator and since you have 220 and the machine is rated for 110 just use one prong of the plug... :)
