Wow, home alone again... Morning shift should be on pretty soon, but maybe I'm expecting too much for a Sunday morning?

Question: Does anybody on the thread remember seeing these pictures?

A while back, (Sunday 18, Nov.) they were included in a post of my adaptation of Bronze's tip to put add a wick over the coil of a Nova atty. Instead I used a SplitFire and pulled one of the wicks up and looped it back on top of the coil and neatly tied it in place, since there's no silicone tip on the SF.

Trying to go back to that post and I can't for the life of me find the darn thing. Wondering if it got moved or deleted for being off topic, or something? Didn't get any notice from admin...

Looks like my Aunt Barbara's hair bun. That thing could wick up my neighbor's smoke juice from my desk, Chakris. BTW, the "wick on top" tip wasn't my idea. It's an old tried and true trick for a VN and I just brought it up again in the event no one heard of it.

Morning Bronze, yeah I get the idea from my M.I.L. when she gets her hair done. Yup, no more dry hits for the splits... uhf I knew it wasn't your original idea, just that I saw your post about it here first. Now if I could figure out why the tube on one is cracking?

It took a whole cup of coffee to read through last nights posts.

WOW!! Great pictures of the HHV family!! Loved seeing all of you! Well not ALL of you Thank god no shower pics!!!

Today will comprise of chilling for the morning then getting out the Christmas decor. I have a love hate relationship with that. The place we live in is configured oddly. It's cool but weird. We have three floors and a basement. We have our entry/lobby on the first floor. Our second floor has guest room, sitting room/library, hubby's office and a couple of full bathrooms. Third floor is kitchen, laundry and dining room with access to roof deck and pool. Our fourth floor is our main living room, half bath and master bedroom and bath.

56 stairs from lobby to fourth floor. 69 stairs from basement to fourth floor. Yes, grocery shopping is sooo much fun especially when we stock up at BJ's/Sam's Club/Costco type places, which we did yesterday. Multiple trips up and down the stairs yesterday and with the Christmas decor, we will be doing it again today. Oh joy. <eye roll>

Working. Holiday weekends are pretty slow.

Those stairs sound like a mini workout! We had 3 floors in Seattle, never again! Have fun decorating. Hopefully I'll finish up tomorrow. Love love love the holidays.

The LR attys are good but they don't like anything above 3.4v. I think the SR attys are better if you have a VV. Congrats on 5 months. I quit drinking 976 days ago. My vodka bottles are for soaking and for gifts. My wife and I are in the restaurant biz so we get free bottles of stuff all the time. Good thing my wife can drink like an earthling. Shame for all that to go to waste. I'm allergic. When I drink alcohol, I break out in handcuffs.
