Robin!! Look at you and your grass roots activist efforts!!

I won't read 29 pages of brainstorming. Can you just start a thread here, or PM me with what you need us to do and I'll do it. From what I gathered it was an email of my positive adult experience with vaping and send it to media stations on the 19th?

Good job!!

:D Thanks! Yes the emails are to go out on the 19th, National and World Vaping Day.

On the 18th, I will be supplying the email addresses on that main thread. I'm hoping that I can get them added to the first post. I can also post them here for you in a thread. I don't want to supply the addresses sooner. People tend to jump the gun. I am also in the process of drafting a sample email that people can get an idea of what to say. I figure the shorter the better. The only thing we are really trying to do is keep all the Subject headings as similar as possible. That way the media can get how unified we are.

There will be addresses in two formats, one where the separations are with a comma, and one with the separations with a semi-colon. I never realized that emails take different ways

This whole thing has been a learning experience. I only got the idea about a week ago. Never dreaming it would actually go anywhere LOL

Had a frozen coffee on the way home from a CE meeting.. I don't vape in front of my coworkers so it was a long evening. Now that I'm wound up from caffeine and nic I think I'll make some coils..:D

Robin, I subscribed to your thread. Great work!

Loaded up some of the pineapple mango, the one I thought was peach mango, lol. Testing shortly. Still enjoying the Bah-in. Man, it burns so clean. I've been on the same coil/wick for over a week and it's still putting out plumes.:toast:

Thanks :)
Another guy, Tvan, and I were tossing ideas around on an unrelated thread. I came up with the idea of flooding the media, kinda like the courtroom scene in Miracle on 34th Street. When the post office delivered bags of mail to the courtroom, but doing the digital version. Then Tvan said something about doing it on one special day and it came to me World & National Vaping Day! Perfect. He kinda pushed me to get the ball rolling. Well....them's the results ROFL

So I'm sitting here after work and my Dad brings me this...

Oh my gosh! I cut my back yard in 10 minutes. I still can't believe it. I'm still in shock.

And I've made so much progress with the Fly Lady. Moreso in mindset than decluttering as I really keep a clean house. But yet I didn't need those cookies cutters I've never used, and I don't need that instruction booklet for a trampoline I no longer have, and I need to quit putting off things on my to do list, and so on. So I have an HVAC guy coming out tomorrow to do some things at the house I've been putting off, and I've made eye appointments for both of us, and next is the roof, and so on. Just really getting things in order. It feels good. Now with this lawnmower, my quality of life is going to improve so much.

Just a really really good state of mind lately. Tomorrow is grass and shrubs, getting HVAC looked at, orthodontics appointment, and then my Fly Lady kitchen zone. Clean up and clear out mind-body-and soul.

:)

Awesome RJ! You needed that! :toast:

I'm going to check out the fly lady thing this weekend, because I'm going to let my housekeeper go.. I hate it, because I really like her as a person, but she isn't doing the full job when she comes. The last 2 times she's skipped the floors. I just can't pay for something I'm not getting.:(

I have fallen in love with the Fly Lady!!! And my best friend is just the best for introducing me to this, although I scoffed at first. I do tend to be a perfectionist who does nothing if she can't do it right. The Fly Lady brings you back to good habits and keeps you moving in small steps to reach your goal. I love it!

RJ!! So glad your dad brought that for you! What a treat!

I'm major de-cluttering too right now.

I love FlyLady, and I cannot sleep unless my sink is shining :)

My sink is shining right now! ;) I did not get to my 15 minutes of decluttering tonight though. But I think I can finish my kitchen tomorrow and Saturday. I think the next zone on Sunday starts the common bathroom and kid's room. PERFECT!

Okay you ladies can cut it out now. Geeezzzz! I read your post then look around at the crap I keep putting off. Startin to give me a guilt complex. But then I'm guy so heck with it.
You could be a fly dude.. David. I got my husband to clear out his closet this week. He's not even remotely a hang out to things sort of guy and still tossed out/donated 4 large bags.

Congrats on the new mower!!! RJ, think your dad will adopt me????

It's funny...I didn't do so well driving it at first. And he kept pushing me and making me all nervous and making me keeping driving it....it brought out the little girl rebel in me all over again. Just like when he taught me to drive....at night....in the rain....in a stick shift. He said if you can drive now, you can drive anything! By the time my yard was cut, I was laughing like a mad woman. I'm just in so much love with my Dad...just amazing. He's awesome. He took my best friend under his wing (she has nobody literally) and we drove to her house one day (a long drive) and he fixed her lawn mower for her. He would adopt you for sure Robin!
