Time to play with coils. I just did my first micro mini with 28g. 12 wraps for 1.7 ohm around a 5/64 drillbit.

Do a vertical chimney style.

Horizontal I was at 8.5 watts.
Vertical I am at 11-12 watts.

I'm running a 1.3 ohm micro with huntsman at 3.6 volts so that is 10 watts on my kayfun using a sideways coil. If I go higher the cotton can't keep up with the wicking. Very good as is.
