Not sure if you saw my post on me putting the split fire head on my knock off vivi? I snipped those little things right off! Ugh! Learning curve...

LOL... YES, I read that. I knew they wouldn't fit, but was curious if they would even screw in.

What color SplitFire did you get?

I've kinda noticed that. The one tobacco flavor I can stand so far tastes like pipe tobacco. I used to smoke a pipe when I lived in Colorado every now and then. But it wasn't something I could do all the time. Cigarettes I could smoke all day every day, cigars and pipe tobacco was more of a weekend and night thing. Not sure why I can smoke the same cigarette all the time but get sick of vapor flavors so quickly.... still haven’t found a flavor I can vape on all day. I'm hopping it's just because I haven’t gotten any really good juice yet.

I found one tobacco flavor that actually tastes like a cigarette; the only thing is it tastes like a Marlboro Red; which I hate. This will probably sound stupid, but to me Marlboro tastes like wet dirt. Camels taste like dessert sand. I used to smoke Camels for a wile, and then switched to parliament 100’s. I like the sandy taste more than the wet dirt taste.

I can’t wait to find a flavor I can smoke for weeks straight and not get sick of it. Parliaments were like that for me, I couldn’t get enough of them. Just loved the flavor it gave me. Even after I brushed my teeth, I couldn’t wait to smoke a cigarette to get that dull sandy taste back in my mouth. Sound dumb I know, and now when I smell cigarettes I hate it. I bet if I tried to smoke one now I would almost puke.

If you are like most, your taste for things will change around a lot as far as ecig juice is concerned. Of course, I know a couple of guys who vape the same flavor juice day in and day out and have for 3 years. Me, I like a variety. And, I really enjoy it now since I've found several flavors I really do like. Rather than vaping stuff that is just tolerable.

It is not the forum, you must have some how accidentally gotten your computer sick... If you need help curing it, send me a PM and we can work on a fix. Or just use Chrome?
I don't have any popups, must be your end, General. Have you ever tried Spybot Search&Destroy? Great for removing adware/spyware from your com - I used it for years till I moved to Mac and it's free (donations, of course, are always welcome).

I love things with meaning and a story behind them.

I share a birthday with Phil Lesh... :)

We lived in Seattle for 13 yrs before moving here, lots of Hendrix "stuff". I knew a women that went to HS with him, and if we were still there my kids would go to his old High School. The Experience Music Project (EMP) is amazing! Have you been?

I don't play anything. I just appreciate.

June 22nd, 1973... Phil was on fire in Vancouver. Seriously, he was basically playing lead for the whole show, by far one of his best shows, IMO. If anyone wants a copy of it, I can send you a download link via PM, just give me a heads up... And or any of the other 3 or 4 hundred shows I have on this computer ;)

No problems here Bronze - I use IE though haven't upgraded to 9 yet. Download CCleaner (formerly known as Crap Cleaner). Excellent free program and good at getting rid of temp files that may have snuck in. Another good'un if you know what you're up to is HijackThis again free and handy for dumping rogue host files. Spybot is yet another that's free and excellent, as is of course always AVG. Just some suggestions...

Hey, thanks for the help Skinny. How about if I try to catch up to you tomorrow? Chrome is working fine and I'm too lazy to mess with it now. I hope I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth.

Oh! Another Head amongst us!!!

Have you seen any of the Furthur shows. Phil is sounding lovelier than ever. I just went to the LA shows in October. Not the same as it was, but close enough. PM me the link. Would love to hear it.

And Facebook is fabulous for people like me who have friends and family strewn all over the world. If one of my FB friends posts something even as seemingly "boring" as "what's for dinner?" it enables me to catch up, chat, make suggestions, etc. I keep in contact with most of my family via FB.

That's exactly why I enjoy it too Scarf! Yes, it may seem boring that my friend is at a riding stable eating at Gino's pizza, but to ME! 3000 miles away and missing the stable and pizza... It's wonderful!

I didn't know there was a contact list here, and now I'm going to find you in FB! Or is that a little creepy?
Me too, Facebook makes being halfway round the world from family and friends a lot more convenient to keep in touch. However, it does get to be too much at times; esp. when you get 30-50 request a day from friends who are playing games and think you might be able to help them. Which would be ok, if you know someone who's playing the game too, I don't and I told all my friends not to expect any replies to game requests. Some folks send out those dang things to all their friends whether they play or not. PITA I tell ya. I probably have 4,000 or so requests just piled up in there. That's my :2c:

I can see the FB thing very useful for what you describe. In fact it's a wonderful tool to have. But it seems these kids get on there and just pour their hearts out and broadcast every little thing they do. I'm putting my clothes on now. I'm eating breakfast. Sitting in the bathroom now. Just started my car. I'm really depressed today. My BF is an .... I don't feel like going to school today. Blah, blah, blah. Maybe I simply see more kids doing that than what you and Sacrf do with it. That makes sense to me.

Yeah, I see that happen a lot too - it's not perfect and some take advantage of it's capabilities, but it is a useful tool. I've been reunited with nearly my whole high school class with it. I bet 80% of the near 300 friends I have are from HS and most of them I never talked to back then and don't follow in FB either. ;)

No problem, I will get it loaded up tomorrow or so, and even better... I will look into getting a copy of the Phil shows from LA for ya. I have been on and off since the "music stopped", but agree that while being still very much enjoyable, it is not quite the same.

Hey Z and Bivie, how do you fellows clean your T3s? I've got mine soaking in some boiling water but I don't think that is going to get the W2V crud off it. Is there a way to dismantle the head that I can't see?

So far, I've only filled mine a coupla times, so I just rinsed it in hot water and let it dry.

I saw somewhere on this forum where a guy took off the stem and put a new head on it,
so it can be done. I haven't tried dry burning, but I would if that's what it took. If I come
across that thread, I will post a link.

I've never Facebooked. Never texted....

....I have one credit card, and I've had it since I was 18 years old and have never gotten another one. I pay it off monthly. People think I'm weird, as I sit here in my perfectly good thrift store PJs.
Looks like I'll have to put a pic up on my ECF profile just for you - Let me get into something more comfortable.... :2cool:

Thanks dude. By the way, I'll answer the question you asked on the other thread: Plume Rume Toasted Turkish smells and tastes like grape  I don't get nuts but I do get serious grape jelly, grape juice, grape gummy candy. I like it but not as much as the others.
