Stopped on the driveway on my way back from running to snap a pic for you all. Nothing fancy, just Oklahoma wildflowers. Wish I had time to take pictures as much as I'd like to.

woke up to my lady telling me ANOTHER baby bird has fallen.. I guess this one was able to fly down but is not able to fly again :(

Earlier there was a pack of birds guarding the little guy but now it's hiding in a corner. OR IT WAS...
As I was walking up my steps after a few photographs I felt something eying me

I've yet to let the dog out because I have to find the "body" if it's in my yard..

Oh well It saddens me but that's life.. Off to my Saturday vape meet :)

Good morning, Army! Still wanna know what other goodies you sell, Chak:). Saturday's my biggest tutoring day, but that makes it my favorite day of the week; but, boy, do I have to hit the coffee. Hope your Saturdays and all the day's vapes are sublime:vapor:!!

Morning Becky, Caramel corn is it for the moment, however, we'll be adding a new flavor shortly - possibly Pad Thai Caramel... :)

Happy birthday Adam. And wish you many more

Hi Army. Still got my breathing kicking my ..... "But this to will pass". I hope. At least I convinced the girls that I got to have the windows open to help air out the house. Just hope I live through this darn painting being done.

Apparently my neighbor ran over an armadillo in our driveway sometime before 7 this morning. It's about 300ft from my front door. There is a huge crowd of buzzards around it. I guess I won't open my windows for a week or so. Yuk. Buzzards are my least favorite bird, I have almost no compassion for them at all.

I don't know how she did it, she normally drives under 5mph on the rocky driveway. I attribute this to her waking up at 5am everyday and not being a coffee drinker. Poor little armadillo wasn't hurting anybody.

Guess you'll have to start calling them armlessadillos.

Out in the woods today helping my Uncle and little brother get their hunting spots ready

Happy hunting preparation! Now is a good time to prep, I suppose. Our idea of preparation in the south seems to differ from what you guys up north do. We generally meet at a hunt club house and drink ourselves senseless the night before....

Not a good day. The lawn mower that I've been wrestling with all spring died. And I mean D-E-A-D. This time I think it's in the wiring, although when turning the motor by hand it's a little too easy until it suddenly stops. $1200 for same model clunker, or $1600 for a Lowe's model JohnDeere ( which a real Deere Dealer won't touch). This sucks. And the lawn, or at least 3/4ths of it, hasn't been mowed in two weeks already. Time to go burden the credit card- again. Didn't really need this expense.....
Although mamaw just hollered supper's ready. That's a good thing !

TNT and Bridget, I'll wave your way when I pass through OK on the bike sometime around Memorial Day. Heading out Friday from home to St. Louis by way of Colorado National Monument, Mesa Verde NP, the four corners, Taos NM, through OK, Kansas, and then Misery. Either tent or hammock camping the trip. After the nephews wedding I'll zoom up to the black hills and spend a day or so there riding around then back home.

Trying to decide what to bring with me to vape. Prolly 30 ml Huntsman, Gandalf, and Boba's but have till Friday to decide.

Well, I didn't have anything to do with that one, but any new MTD mowers I can say I helped build. I have been working at MTD since I got out of the Air Force (only job around here that pays decent).
