Just got it in today...

pro.jpg

(Pictured in 650 mode.. yes, have fairly big hands)

This thing hits hard! No more chain-vaping for me, LOL

Solid quality mod.. holding it in one hand, my sigelei Zmax 3 in the other... the Sig feels cheap. I don't see myself going back to a Chinese-made mod for quite a while, if ever

The ProVari has this weight & feel to it.. like nothing can go wrong

Perfect? No.

But some of my original minor concerns have eased.. Been using it for a few hours now.. the menu & LED & lack of variable wattage are fine, don't bother me at all.. in fact, totally digging the blue LED

Now that I have it in my hand?

One, has a tiny bit of side-to-side battery jiggle when shaking it hard enough & "just right".. but just me being OCD... (assuming the slight battery jiggle is normal.. the internals seem secure)

Two, it doesn't fit iClear16's, LOL... that's fine -- but they could have made the connection/well thingy deeper to accept a larger variety of toppers

That being said, my next equipment stage was already going to be some new glassomizers, anyway.. so it's not like this is a new development for me... And if any recommendations that work well ($35 or less, please, heh), feel free to share

Seriously, if anybody is on the fence with a ProVari... GET IT!!

Dying to get a 2nd one someday.. will try to hold off for that inevitable version 3 somewhere down the road

Military specifications? I can totally see & feel that... all-around beast!

:vapor:

You got it! Hope you have some low nic juice since you'll probably go vape crazy for a few days. I can't say enough good things about the Aspire Nautilus tank. Great topper. But to make it greater, get it for $24.99 here:

Aspire Nautilus Bottom Dual Coil Pyrex Tank

Crazy good price, only 2 per customer... so get 2. I can't imagine these will last long at this price.

Already tried the 510-to-eGo... nope

Supposedly a 510-to-510 does the trick?

I'm severely lacking in the tank dept, been too busy with mods & juice...

So the original iClear 30 works fine on Provari?

I know they're plastic, which is cool with me for now..

Who said I have the money? LOL

But I've been saving money from quitting cigs, and couldn't foresee myself buying a new cheap mod every 3 months

Had to do it..

Said like a true Provari owner. You're a quick study Gato. Rationalized that purchase like a boss. And now you'll rationalize all the accessories to go with it. We see what you did there.
:p

UPDATE:

Lateral battery wiggle has been resolved with just a simple do-it-yourself fix!

The springs on both end caps just needed to be stretched a couple mm

See this thread of mine, if you're ever having the same issues...

Congrats on that nice sleek looking Provari beck5711. It's a beauty. Happy Vaping :vapor:

beck5711? :?:

LOL

Thanks, that's an old cheap camera.. actually looks even better in person!

It's really hard to describe, but the ProVari makes most everything else look & feel & perform like a toy or something..

From the design, the construction & workmanship, the machining, the materials -- for both the externals & the internals -- it's a vaper's dream for a quality all-around PV

It might not suit everybody, and I can see that.. some people just want different things (juice-fed box-type mod, variable wattage going up to 20-30 watts, whatever)...

But for a solid mod, this thing is a work-horse & toots like a champ!
