I ordered 2 of the Nautiluses last week on that 24.99 deal but they haven't shipped yet (boo!). Wasn't going to buy them until someone figured out how to rebuild them and boom! Here comes Rip Tripper. :D Looking forward to trying them out.

Same here. Ordered last Friday. They are showing out of stock now. They best not have me on back order! I hate that when/IF a company does that without asking!! IMO, they are the best performance tank.
AS a side... I'm getting a Provari after income tax (3-4 wks?) Couple of things. I already purchased this battery charger setup and am hoping it will be fine for the Provari? Two 3400mAh PROTECTED 18650 Orbtronic (Panasonic NCR18650B cell inside) Li-ion Rechargeable Batteries, and Smart 3 speeds battery charger Kit (Latest Version) - Amazon.com
Also, has anyone had any of the colored model for any length of time? I wonder how they hold up against chipping and for example, the white, does it wipe completely clean, like new?
Thanks!

From the ProVape website:

"We recommend only using AW IMR high drain batteries in your ProVari.
You must use batteries that have a positive button on the top. Flat top batteries will not work."

The ProVari has it's own built in protection circuit and really don't know how that would translate with protected batteries. I personally only use the AW IMR high drain batteries with my ProVari's - it is all I have ever used.

A 510 to Ego don't work on it at all or just on Iclear 16? I ordered mine and ordered a 510 to ego adapter from Provape as well.

510-to-eGo connector won't work with the iClear 16, since it requires a 510-to-510.. which is fine with me since I really don't know what's coming down the pike for me in terms of toppers, and this little piece from ProVape keeps my options open

Don't worry: The eGo connector screws in fine on the ProVari.. :)

Maybe I am missing something but how does a 510 to 510 adapter help connect an ego threaded iClear 16? I was planning on getting a 510 to Ego adapter to use on the Provari I just ordered from Provape yesterday as I have several iClear 16's that I use with my iTaste VV V3. Can someone explain or post a photo of a Provari with an iClear 16 on it and show how the adapters work?

I have a 510-to-eGo adaptor/connector.. doesn't work, at least for me.. doesn't screw on tight enough to the 16, doesn't fire, so I check the ohms & get the "OP" (open) message..

I also have a 510-to-510, which works fine (see below).. It simply extends the 510 threading so the 16's bottom has enough clearance to screw on properly.. stainless steel, can get 'em almost anywhere for $2-$3

Just using up the 16's since I've already got a bunch, kind of like them on some levels, don't look all that bad (to me), and can easily carry around a bunch of flavors in my pocket all day.. been slowly moving onto other stuff, though, long over-due

1st pic is reading 2.1 ohms.. Sorry for the lousy camera, would buy a new one but just recently bought a ProVari... :D

EDIT: And no, my screen's not crooked.. just weird photo angles..

Thanks, Gato. I wish I could get the 510 to 510 to work for me. Oh we'll, I just ordered the 510 to ego one directly from ProVapes, so we shall see.

I have lots of 16s, evods, and pro tank Minis, plus replacement coils up the ying yang. I need to use them.

I recently discovered dripping, and my 510 Dripper works, so for when I'm home, I'm set.

Thanks for the feedback, and your pictures were fine.:)

Either they sent the wrong one or something.. or you need to flip it right-side up? :D

The "male" part of the connector that screws onto the ProVari should have 510 threading.. and then there are also 510 threads on the interior part of the connector (to accept the 510 of the 16)

Your connector just could be due to an error in machining/QC, who knows..

Trust me, it can & does work.. tootin' with it right now :vapor:

Good luck with your quest!

Thanks for the photos Gato!!! So it looks like the 510 to 510 also has ego threading on it so you just screw the male 510 into the Provari and then the iClear 16 can screw onto the ego threads on a 510 to 510 connection? Having a hard time wrapping my head around it but that is what the photo looks like to me. I will just wait until my Provari comes in the mail and the head out to one of the many B&M stores in my area with a few iClear 16's and see what works best.

Apparently the iClear16 is listed as a 510/eGo.. All my devices are 510, so I can't confirm the eGo part

All I know is that my 510-to-eGo adaptor doesn't fit my 16s -- I'm wondering if I can/need to push down the center brass pin of the adaptor, as that might be why it's not accepting the 16, that it's installed too high up.. I'll try to scrounge up the proper tools for that someday, I think I might have them

But, my 510-to-510 does work

The whole issue is that ProVari's head design is really starting to show its age.. they need to extend the 510 threading and/or deepen the well in order to accept a wider variety of toppers without the use of any adaptors/connectors... I'm assuming that's coming with version 3 -- improving the airflow channels would be nice, as well

Yeah, I would bring the necessary pieces to your B&M.. :)

I have the 510 to ego adapter from provape. It works with my mini protank 2 and my kanger t3s just fine. Oh and works with evod too.
