You have received some good info. There are all sorts of styles and battery capacities out there. A lot depends on what a new vaper expects an Ecig to look like. Some want something that resembles a cigarette and others are willing to listen to the voice of experience and open up to other types.

If it looks like a cigarette, people will think you are smoking and that limits the places where you can stealth vape. Many people know about Ecigs, even non-smokers, and you can get by vaping after a meal or while shopping as long as they don't think it's a cigarette. Just something to keep in mind.

Most people are happy with a standard 180mah 510 kit to start with, but soon wish for longer battery life between charges. Then, they buy an Ego or Riva kit, which is the best way to start. You save the initial purchase price and there's a wide range of atomizers and other accessories that work with a 510 thread.

Yes, thanks! I just spoke to my mom and she's dead set on wanting something as close to her cigarette experience as possible. I told her about the hundreds of different flavors and different level of throat "hit". She reiterated to me that she wants something that looks, tastes and feels like her cigarette to start with but she was intrigued about the dofferent flavors for in the future. That was a good sign.

WELCOME TO THE ECF

If you have decided on a KR808 for your mom then my recommendation would be a VOLT:

Smokeless Image | Only The Best Electronic Cigarette | Volt - Pro Starter Kit - Starter Kits

I would get the manual since the automatic battery can be killed if a single drops get in it. For a beginner that might not be to familiar with electronics than the manual is the best choice.

Anyways, if chew is that strong compared to cigs than I would start with something like 36mg. That will kill any urge that you have. As for device...I would say, get 4 more posts and ask questions around the forum. Most would say an ego but if you want something you will be using for a while then I would suggest a mod. Just skip the step of using a beginner kit and learn how to use an advanced device. It'll save you money in the long run.

Don't forget to get extra devices, e-liquid, and supplies such as cartomizers/atomizers just in case something happens than you will have backup. This IS the best advice I can give you.

Thanks thats exactly what I did I dont know why people buy cheap kits if they are serious about vaping get a mod off top and save that 50-70 bucks for a starter
