Looks excellent. I am actually wondering whether a hurricane junior with the new 2mm AF deck might be a nice cheaper option also!! I do like the top fill but man, it looks mahoosive..

I love my 1.3 but damn it's not a looker for me also, to say the least.

I have been waiting for this one for a long time, so I think I will buy it,
even it looks massive indeed.

I would love to see some pictures with the other tank

You mean the spare non top fill tank? It is actually the same as the Hurricane Jr

Timing of the release seems a bit crazy to be honest - with this sized tank. If I am going to get a 2ml capacity RTA I would want/expect it to be very compact. There are a number of 2ml gennie style so called RDTA attys out that use cotton, so this design confuses me.

The shorter chimney on the Hussar micro tank gives a slightly better flavour than the regular long chimney. Drippers have no real chimney to intensify flavour. So I believe there is a correlation to chimney length and flavour - albeit a small one.

I consider a longer chimney a compromise in flavour that is balanced out by the benefit of a larger capacity of juice. Top fill certainly makes it easy to top up the juice, but this benefit seems to be cancelled out by the long chimney.

I dunno, I am undecided on this but am glad I had the restraint to hold-fire on it for now. I may crumble but not for a little while.

I would say yes or no, first of all, RDTA for me, it is not as good as what I was expecting, I expected that should have Dripper flavor but with a tank, just like the DDP One, I feel because of the juice was sucked up from the bottom, I always feel that there was not as much juice as I can burn just like a RDA or RTA, so I seldom use my DDP One, :p

And I agreed that shorter chimney can provide better flavor, I have both Junior and 1.3, and I do think Junior provider better flavor, I think that was because of the shorter chimney and also, the 1.3 chimney diameter is not as big as Junior.

For the V2, after use is for few tank of juice, my opinions are:

1. Flavor wise, it is much better than 1.3, and is more or less on par to the Junior
2. For the AFC ring, although the outlook is more or less the same as junior, but I think the inside flow is different, my feeling is better, did not try all the AF deck yet, but will try the 3mm later
3. Top fill mechanism, it is not very good, as the juice control ring, after you turn it to off position for top fill, the ring is too easy to move, and once you move that, the juice will leak, and the Hussar design is much better.

All because of the limitation of RTA or RDTA, I started to love squonker, the only issue for my squonker time is, my squonker mods is using DNA40 of which is not working very well with Ti wire, I like TC with Ti wire very much, so I am waiting for my DNA70 squonker mods, hope it will work better with TC with Ti wire.

Thanks for your review!

Regarding the DDP One, yes I don't get a great vape with cotton in this one - I am now using ss rope + mesh for wick + 24 gauge Kanthal and it is very good. It is not my favourite RBA at all, but with this extreme type of wicking material it works very well. I was more referring to some others like the Pitbull the InSane and a few others that seem to be designed for cotton and some with horizontal coils.

I joined the G-prov group recently as a squonker is on my wish list, but I have a new mod coming today and one on order, so a squonker will have to wait for a bit.
