I'm looking for a high end atty at the moment as well, but still not sure wich one to get.

I was sure before to buy the Hurricane V2 but for some reason I decided to wait,
and I not regret that at all after the stories I've read, even I love my Cane 1.3.

My fav atty is the Split-Atty, followed by the Cane 1.3

I have tried many others like the Squape RS, Hassur and the Hurricane Junior to name a few, but in the end I always grab my 1.3 and my Splits.

I'm leaning towards a RDTA type of vape, but an good RTA is also a good option.

I like tobacco flavours (NET's), anybody have good options next to mine:

- Driftank (I dream)
- NarTank (I dream)
- Athea In'sane

Or anybody here has experience with these 3 atty's?

I like vaping around 30 watts, mostly twisted kanthal around 0,7 ohms.
vaping style is (restricted) long hits, mostly short hard pulls,
and like I said before I mostly smoke NET's.

Somebody can help me out?

Yeah the cane 1.3 is great for NETs as you know.

The Athea In'sane might indeed suit you, I haven't tried it.

Have a look at the Pitbull by Animodz, that should be in the same vein.

The DNV Spit atty has just had an upgrade too, not sure if that is the one you have or if it has been released yet.

You want something that is easy to rebuild with NETs as you know, due to the coil gunking. Obviously depending on which NETs you prefer.

I dont like to vape NETs too hot or with big builds and generally 17 - 20 watts so our styles are probably a bit different.

That's about all I can think of off the top of my head.

And yeah, The Nar jobbies are just too hard to get at rrp. I see the tank version regularly get auctioned for $500 + which is just dumb. Flippers are just ruining it for the regular folks.

Have you considered squonking as that may open up a heap more options.

I don't have any of those attys but I vape strictly NET's also. But like yonjuro I don't vape them at 30 watts , 14-15 is my sweet spot.

I am using Origen, 6ml, single coil and waiting for Odis and Psyclone mods for their variants of NarTa, both should be on the market soon.

Same here, but i make a couple of my own sweet flavours, as vaping NET's gets sickly after a while, quick vape on the sweet flavours fixes that though

Ah man hes got the squape :(, i need that atty back in my life
keep your eye out, the Rs turns up a lot these day (even though it is superior to the X imho)!

Yeah it is a ripper, I bought 2 spare pins and rotate them when I clean the atty, it stops a film build up caused by the ematal that I noticed that contributes to jumping ohms. Also needs the pin to sit out a little more than my other attys.

Ive dropped it on concrete a couple of times and was amazed that it didn't break or damage it in the slightest.

I had jumping ohms disease even with the squape X (two of them). Half a turn of the 510 pin could change resistance by 0.2Ω or even more...ridiculous..

wow, I thought the gold plated pins would have fixed that ? I find with my R(s) that I build to my preferred resistance then use my ohm meter to test and adjust the pin to match the resistance steam engine tells me.

But yeah, little turns of the pin makes a huge difference to the reading

I only need to do this after a full strip down and clean these days.

i was hoping the X would be better (as claimed) but my experience of it with two separate devices was as i described which was disappointing to say the least...

I was sorely tempted for the X when it came out. The R(s) is funny, I would swear that I was going to smash it with a brick at times, on other days I would think what a pain I'm gunna sell it after one more build, and then comes the vape... mmmm so good LOL It's a love-hate relationship, where love wins out in the end :p

for N.E.T's especially, I did use a grape one in there and I dunno but I think N.E.T's really stand out in this one....

Yeah it is very good for NETs but I have Canoli Be One in mine right now and it is amazing.

where'd you get the doggy drip tip? although I'm using the Rocket Science Mod's small airflow drip tip... works perfect for MTL

Got the tip direct from Animodz - its stone and crazy expensive, but I am a crazy dog person and the paw logo barked at me to buy it :p

yeah i got Naturally Extracted Tobacco's "Balkan" in there at the minute, as that's the only N.E.T liquid i got left :(, need to put another order in.... http://m.imgur.com/9ivNPuk ignore the squonker i ....ing hate squonking, sweet liquids anyway i need to get rid of it.... or try single coil N.E.T squonking.... sweeter liquids are too sickly
