Homeland Security Busting Nicotine Vendors????

I am curious how this is all going to play out.

I'm more than curious. Somebody needs to account for this in detail, one way or the other. Too many people could be affected and it's totally unfair to just leave it hanging like this.

I believe you are correct. I can not publicly comment and further at this time based on my attorney's advice. All I can say is RTS has not been served with any arrest or search warrants. We have to wait on this issue but on the other government agencies, we just retained, an expert NY City attorney specializing in these manners.

Edit: We actually have 3 attorneys from 3 different law firms with their own specialty. I did a service bring this to ECF. attention but I am not going to incriminate myself in a public forum which may be monitored by the USA Government.

I've been vaping for 4 yrs and expect the plug to be pulled someday by taxation, internet sales, etc. Most of us long time vapers have felt this way for years. I'm beyond believing the US government cares about laws on the books when it comes to harassment/enforcement. It would be nice, but i don't rely on it. Fly under the radar and stay safe

I would like to tell you all what I know is going on but my three attorneys tell me to WAIT and keep my mouth shut. For what it is worth, although I know a little bit more then what I already stated, I or my attorneys do not know and are waiting for written correspondence from the Feds. I will say we do not believe the DHS agents were imposters because every overseas shipment we have is over due on customs\FDA inspections. We are talking about 3.5 tons of empty LDPE dropper bottles and about 4 tons of laboratory glassware. So we are being harassed on all imports.

EDIT: We are waiting to see if there is truly a comprehensive investigation of RTS or if these are fluke issues. Believe me I find it difficult to sleep at night.

I've been trying to obtain evidence about the claim made in the title of this thread (and in several seemingly contradictory postings by RTSVapes on another thread), but all I've seen in this thread are conspiracy theories and anti government rants.

I've left a voice mail message and sent an e-mail to Randy Slabey at RTSVapes offering my confidential assistance, but he has not yet responded. Perhaps his attorney(s) has/have instructed him to not talk or otherwise communicate with anyone about this situation, or perhaps there are other reasons why he hasn't responded.

But I would urge everyone to not jump to any conclusions (as many posters on this thread have already done) about this situation, as there is clearly more to this story than what is stated in the postings on ECF by RTSVapes.

I have not contacted you because I do not have a disposable cell phone. My attorneys advise me everything from e-mail, Skype and land lines are subject to subpena and can be used against me.
