I'm the one that said in another reply to you that (you are pretty smart for a girl) Now I really feel dumb. LOL I tried this on a 12mm syringe that I thought would be a neat size and to practice on. Maybe the 20ml will cut better, The 12ml was very thick. The ones I have are called 12mg and 20mg luer slip without needle Disposable Syringe and I think sold or made by Allison Medical, Inc. I bought them from a farm supply. I just hate to ruin to many before I get it right.
I see we both are getting close to being Ultra Members, Yeah. Now you are rubbing it in by saying (you were right, I'm a dang smart girl) LOL Got you PM and returned a PM. ThanksI actually remembered that when I responded to your post, but I didn't want to rub it in too much, LOL. And you were right, I'm dang smart for a girl!
They're cheap, have fun working this out. Remember, time is never wasted, as long as we are learning something new or having fun!

I think you are right, I just now checked my 20ml plungers and they are allot thinner the 12ml I was using because of the hole in it to start with, and 12ml is as thick as the 20ml but the hole needed to be punched through the complete piece something like a solid 1/4 inch because it doesn't have a wide hole like the 20ml. So I will be working on the 20ml after mowing the lawn, trimming and sweeping, and some other fun stuff. LOLOh, the 20 ml will probably be easier if you can fit your carto all the way into the hole that's already in the back side of the rubber piece. Less rubber to punch through.

Lets see who gets there first. The race is on you two... lol
Maybe I should be posting instead of mowing lawn and building syringe mods. But I'm sure my wife would get aggravated not doing my chores.Lets see who gets there first. The race is on you two... lol

Hi everyone,
I just got one of these today, and I am having problems with the juice leaking out of the bottom of the cartomizer, as well as the juice flowing into my mouth when I pull (the cartomizer acts as if it is flooded). The tank has a filler port so I simply poured juice in the filler port, recapped the port and had it set for a few moments. Am I filling it wrong? Why is juice leaking out of the threaded end of the cartomizer and why does it seem like the juice is coming directly up the center air tube when I pull? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am an absolute newb with tanks. Thanks so much!
put your carto in a drill and drill the hole
Something I have wondered about with the tanks is, do you fill the cartomizer first then fill the tank, or just fill the tank? Also what keeps it from flooding like when you put to much juice in a carto ?

Thanks ricks! So if it dripping out the threaded end just let it drip until it stops? Also should I fill the tank all the way?
