Those are the ones I use. I think they are the thicker rubbers. Can anyone concur?
Anyone else somewhat concerned about the PV mod-tank connection? I only use the Buzz Pro here at home due to not wanting to take the chance of an accident.

Well, how to reenforce the connection? Ummmm, how 'bout a 'skirt' that rests on the BP top...

This is just a dry fit for testing the configuration. Yeah, TSC only had the two lip plunger syringes on my last visit. I think they'll work fine in that they are quite thick and 'rigid'.

my4jewels, kudos on your milestone!

Looks great and it should give addition support. Looking at the picture you could put in a second plug on the bottom, but I don't know if that would give any more support. It would maybe make it stronger to twist it off and on the battery threads.

I thought of that, but didn't want to chance blocking the air channels. If I find the draw affected by the skirt, I'll just drill a couple of small holes or notch the bottom edge a bit.

Also got the 3ml plunger fill plug procedure down pat. Need to upgrade my other tanks...

ETA:
... what's the reason for reinforcing it that you guys are seeing?

Just some additional overall support in case I drop or jolt it.

Can you show some pics with the plug? Im thinking about trying it.

Thanx GIMike. That's how my tank looks.

My fill plug mod method:

Measure carefully where you want the plug. Don't forget to have the syringe plunger in the tube when measuring.
I use a heavy duty handheld hole punch to establish a starter hole.
Then I enlarge the hole to 5/16"" with a one inch stepped Uni-bit.
I then use an Exacto knife to 'clean' the hole edges if needed.

I just drilled a hole and then used the router bit on my dremmel to make the hole bigger until the plunger fit tight. Didn't do any measuring or anything. Just trial and error. Works great for me :)

That'll work!

I just didn't want to have folk start too high on the tank and have the plunger block the plug.

Oh, I had mine fully put together on the carto with holes punched in the carto and everything so I could test it with water before I put the side plug in. Course, I drained all the water out and took the carto out first. Left the plungers in though so I could judge where to put the hole. I guess that part just came naturally to me, didn't think about it.

i haven't had any issues with my mod not being tight enough on the carto. what's the reason for reinforcing it that you guys are seeing?
Some times if you grab the bottom of the tank and start to unscrew it, the carto will slip and you could pull the carto out of the tank. Also if you have the plastic part of the syringe all the way down to the battery it won't get pushed sideways as easy, and pop the bottom plug out. This just my thoughts. I am careful so don't really have any problems. For most batteries it would not work, because the syringe OD is bigger around than the battery so it would just slip over it and not have support like with Iffy's mod.

It's all personal. I like the 2.0's around 3.7V. The 3.0's are great at 4.2V-4.5V. You can play around with the volatage. You'll want to stay fairly low with the 2.0's though.

Ok, I got my Boge cartomizers in both 2ohm and 3ohm. What is the best voltage to use with each cart in my tanks? My liquid is not thick at all.
