Finally was able to get the email to work on my cell phone :) Here is the picture of the tank, where the stoppers ARE flush:

The syringes I bought are the same as yours and mine are flush with the rim and it's working fine. I wouldn't worry about it. :)

I did, it is STILL flush either way :( It doesn't have the overlap lip on these plungers :( Gonna super glue the plunger on the bottom side

NOooo! Just insure the first two ribs are within the tube. If you SG the plunger, you won't be able to reuse it in another tank if need be.

How has it been holding up with the sticker. I know E-juice wont take the glue off after you remove the sticker so who knows it might be great without removing it. The sticker is like a vinyl paper so I don't think that would hurt anything either. I may have to try one with the wrapper on it.

It's holding up fine...I'm going to finish the juice in all six tanks, and then I'll start removing the wrappers. If I disappear from the forum, you'll know that I've died. If that happens, everyone please remove the wrappers before assembling tanks!

Right, just through the tank for filling. I'm putting them closer to the top now because it makes them easier to fill.

It's just a rubber earring back. I got them at Michael's or Joanne's. You can either stick a cheap post earring through the hole or use a headpin and stick a jewel or something on. For this particular tank I used:

an earring back like this

a jewery spacer like this
a head pin like this

All that stuff can be found cheaper and in smaller quantities at a Joannes, Michael's, or a bead shop.

A cheap post earring has been the easiest (My daughter had a few she'd never worn from Claire's). Just stick it in the rubber earring back and snip off any of the post that sticks out beyond the rubber and you've got a nice sealed stopper with some bling.

Ok. if I use the condom from the carto, I need to use a 11/32 drill bit, right???? And the condom will fit snug in it, with out gluing it right???? I am just confirming all this. Also I have a 3ml black plunger, how do I use that, where the condom is or do I???? We got a 1/4" brass saddle cramp today too :)
Thanks a million,

Well if you haven't died I want to try one WITH the wrapper. Let us know when you finish one that has been sitting in E-Juice, if the wrapper comes off any easier than with a new one.

op~ No got mine from American Health Express, but they are the ones with the 3 ridges :) They fit in the tube, but not tight snug like the ones that I did for my 12ml tanks :)
Skeeter, where did you order your syringes from, just want to make sure I get the ones with thicker plungers.
Also, I want to know how to make my pictures bigger to post here :) They are coming out to small to where you all can't see them :(
Hugs, and thanks,
