How thin do you mean? For instance, the liquinator tubes are nice and thick. The id is 5/8", and the od is 3/4". Do you think it's the same size tubing?

I got my madvapes DC tank today. The tube is 1.5" long x .75" Dia. The tube is kind of thin, but should hold up. The carto is 2" long including the threads. I just filled the tank and put in about 12 drops inside the cart to prime it. I will vape with it later tonight.

They are thinner I'm sure. I would say that they are a little thicker than carts. I will measure it when I empty it

The tank from Madvapes is the only tank I bought. I have made several syringe tanks and they all worked great. The tank from Madvapes to me a good tank. The tube is on the thin side, but it works as well as the syringe tanks. I dont think it will break easily and I dont know what its made of. I don't have any experience with any of the other tanks that are at least 2 times the money. I bought this tank because of the price and I will buy more in the near future.

Hmm, maybe it works more like an auto battery - a vacuum effect; in simple terms, the air pressure of sucking on the carto opens the valve, at least when the filler is drier (a wet filler will hold the flaps of the X closed - resist them opening). Sounds reasonable
I think it is more like capillary attraction.

I'm curious about the J tank... I am still thinking about cutting the Smoktech tank to fit the Boges. I just dont like the DC's at all. I get more flavor from the Boges.
I have heard good things about the J tank from lots of people. Are you already disillusioned with the Smoktech tank, or just wanna try different things?

I wonder if voltage plays a factor in this. I haven't tried 1.5 DC's on my KGO yet, but on my 5v, I get significantly more flavor from the 2.0 DC's than I do from the Smoktech 3.2, or even the Boge 3.0. In fact, a couple of my juices that have a more muted flavor in the mix really come to life, especially in the back-end. Overall, if there are a couple different tones to a flavor in a juice, they all blend much better on my 2.0 DC's.

<-- has decided he likes the ghetto tanks made out of 6ml bottles better than syringe tanks.

They're a bit smaller in diameter so they look a little better on a *Go battery but since they don't have end caps they hold about as much and are more stable if you wanted to put one in your pocket. Since I started filling them from the bottom I haven't needed a fill port in them and I haven't had any issues with juice darkening in the tank from rubber seals eroding a bit.

That's great to hear Wiz! Have you tried the "Hot Change"" like in the vid- where you slide the bottle from one carto to the next?
