You are right Trench. I logged in using IE after trying to process my cart in Chrome, and I was put into someone else's account!! Thank God I looked up before processing the order! Someone in New York would have had a happy Christmas.

I didn't get one or ever see an invoice. I did see money leave my card and order show on the website. You should be 75% okay.

I had everyhting filled out and hit checkout 5 times ... nothing, now I can;t get a shipping rate again.

Oh no. Antism dropped by the site and checked out with ZERO problems. Maybe try logging out, log back in and go to your cart and check out.

Dude... We get it. You're the best software engineer ever. I'm pretty sure the last thing Zen needs right now is some armchair quarterbacking.

Not trying to be a jerk, but if you can't tell, no one is responding to your posts, and even as just an onlooker (i.e. I'm not trying to purchase anything tonight, and I'm not Zen), I'm finding them annoying.

That's all I'll say on the matter, and I won't speak for Zen, but maybe save this discussion for after the dust settles.

NO, switch between shipping options to refresh the Order Total if you already see the Shipping Options and can select between them. (this faster and better than trying to Refresh The Shipping Total, but HOW MANY SHIPPING OPTIONS DO HAVE AVAILABLE to SWITCH BETWEEN?) Since you outside the USA, I don't know if you can switch between shipping options because I don't know if you have at least 2 to switch between)

Everytime you switch the shipping option, then switch it back to the one you want, the system attempts to reload and repopulate the order total.

When you get an error popup, switch the shipping option and back again.
If it Order Total takes forever then YES, also switch between the shipping options to cause the order total to recalculate.

Here is the problem I have only 1 options witch 66$ I dont have any other one

i just kept hitting the" blue dot" beside the shipping options, until all the modules loaded,, filled all of the info then proceeded to hit the checked out button. An error popped up so i kept pressing the enter key t'ill it got to the invoice screen

Strangely enough when processing it came to a page that said I had nothing in my cart.

When I go into My Account on the site I can see that it placed an order and gave me an order number, but I haven't recieved a confirmation email or a charge to my card. This is all very strange.

Never would I ever claim to be anything of the sort. Nor am I tryin to run anyone's show. The cart is a hosted POS and that's obvious judging by tonights drama.

I'm sorry you had to read my 4 posts in the midst of these 800 tonight. Feel free to add me to your ignore list.
