I just can't get all three modules to load. Sometimes it's the CC, sometimes its the order total. Never all three. I NEED TO GO TO SLEEP WHAT AM I DOING!!!!? So frustrating.

Same for me ASH. Just click "refresh rates" until you've got the total on the right side OK. Then enter CC infos. Then CHECKOUT.

It's on shipping it's for me all about shipping I keep refresh the rating until it sow and again it show error again

Clear the error popup. And refresh the Shipping until you see actual Shipping options to choose from.

This can take 30 minutes of errors and Reloading the Shipping options (Dont give up).

Just clear all of the ERROR Popups and Refresh the Shipping options until you see that SHIPPING MODULE load properly with selectable shipping options.

DO this quickly and ignore the errors, but yes you DO need to clear the errror messages.

Let me know when you see the shipping options load properly with choices that you can select between.

Ignore the ORDER TOTAL & Credit Card Box until you actually have shipping options visible and no pop-ups.

Strangely enough when processing it came to a page that said I had nothing in my cart.

When I go into My Account on the site I can see that it placed an order and gave me an order number, but I haven't recieved a confirmation email or a charge to my card. This is all very strange.

Same. I can see my order on the website AB-1056 but don't see the charge on my card or an email confirmation.

i just kept hitting the" blue dot" beside the shipping options, until all the modules loaded,, filled all of the info then proceeded to hit the checked out button. An error popped up so i kept pressing the enter key t'ill it got to the invoice screen

When I will get it again will try to hitthe same one

I just woke up and am suprised to see the sale is still going on!

Yah but most of use get no luck until now

Never would I ever claim to be anything of the sort. Nor am I tryin to run anyone's show. The cart is a hosted POS and that's obvious judging by tonights drama.

This happens to be a discussion forum and your comment pretty much makes you a jerk.

If you can't fathom why your non-constructive criticism during a stressful time (sorry "you need better software" isn't constructive") is definitely at the wrong time and perhaps even in the wrong place, than I don't know what to tell you.

It's basically about the same as saying "Zen, why did you set up a website that isn't letting people order. I have a brilliant idea that I'm sure you haven't considered: Maybe next time, you should set up something that works." It's Captain Obvious territory.

I'm also sorry that I hurt your feelings. You may legitimately be trying to help, but you're not.

Oh, good you can do that with only the one option available? GREAT! YES, DO THAT! Refreshing the shipping total makes this whole thing take much longer to reload both modules successfully with out errors.
