Cut your mesh to the width you want to make the wick. Just fire it until it's oxidized...black,,,BOTH SIDES. Then roll it. No need to fold the edge if you paid close attention to firing them and oxidizing them really well.

You just need to fold a small amount. I do about 2mm for the fold, but the jack frost method does not require a fold according to all I've heard. On my next wick change I will try it, but that may not be for a long time and all my toys are working beautifully right now
No need to fold over. Till you get no continuity, but I wing it visually. Width is personal preference. Experiment! Have fun!So two things
