After I am done eating I will change the wick to a 325. I love you guys and it's an awesome APV but I really just need someone here in front of me when I get something new.

Im new too... but that would be my suggestion. I was having some of those challenges, pulled the whole wick and went to a 325 and 4 wrap. I still don't think im getting the PLUMES I should be but im getting good flavor and not dry hits. If anything im flooding. I am not having to hardly tilt and if i get a weak hit I just hit it again - coil heats up and starts vaping the juice. Try it and take your time. Post pics if you have trouble along the way.

You will get this going. It is a learning curve. Many of us are still learning.

Any other Zenfidels in Boise btw? I wouldn't mind comparing notes/setup with someone who knows when it is *as good as it gets*.

We tried, but she wouldn't let us. However, the one advantage of her being a total scardy-cat around stranger is that she's totally cowed and compliant at the vet's. Fortunately, it appears that there's nothing immediately wrong with her, other than a little swelling, so she either managed to work it out with her tongue herself, or the other alternative is that it's actually a bug/spider bite (from whapping at one out back) and the bit of bark we saw was just "along for the ride".

I know she's just ...... cuz she's scared, but I still don't understand why it only happens on the way home... you'd think she'd pee in terror on the way there. I suppose it could be "...... in relief", though.

Her name is Mouse - and she weighs 14 pounds. :)

Aww, poor baby. I am glad she is OK. I think you are right and it is relief.

Thanks guys!

Honestly I do not use anything when I do those.

I use crap I don't need or care about wasting. I have a liter of 24mg PG base, I use it to get the wick going. You can use PG, VG, NICOTINE BASE, crappy flavors you hate, or the stuff you love.

Anyting you want!

Also this does not get mentioned as often as it should but I think one of the most. Important factors in creating plumes and getting good flavor is the rate at which you pull on these devices.

I highly recommend playing around with your "pull speed"

Try pulling through the device at the same rate in which you would drink a milkshake through a straw. Literally at this speed. Then try it a little faster and keep going.

Notice how things change in terms of plumes and flavor. Find the speed that's right for you.

I think this part is crucial to getting all you can out of these. We talk about coils, wicks, juice mixes ect, but I swear this part is huge.

Anyone here can tell you that I take more than my fair share of shots at getting what I want in the way of Zenesis. Half in jest cuz i think its funny, and hope that others do too, and at times, half, if not more, serious. But even I resisted that one. She's down and out over it. We need to support her, not try and take advantage of her frail and frustrated state of mind. Just my two cents and definitely not meant to offend.

Thanks guys!

Ob, means coils swaps, (he's right, you don't need to do jack... or jill)...but if you mean seasoning a new wick, then whatever you have lying around will work to get a new wick gunked up enough to wick properly. You'll know it's seasoned if the new wick is absorbing the fluid you drip on it quickly & without delay, redundant, I know.

i agree, mate. as a matter of fact, i've found that a slower/longer draw is WAY more enjoyable on a Zenesis Atty. better vapor. better flavor!!!
