The way everyone makes it sound like if we wait a few more days we will get "The best PV in the world", ummm guys the glass or polycarbonate doesn't do that, Zen~ did that in the design and R&D. WE are getting the best PV in the world either way, we would just be getting an ever so slightly different one with the crystal.

Now I prefer the crystal but I want the Zenesis that zen~ intended, if he has reservations about glass, and would prefer poly. I am cool with that. If he wants to go crystal awesome. If he wants to go stainless steel even more awesome. I just want the product that Zen feels lives up to his vision. And yes I am on the march list so any delays does not prolong my wait.

I may dream and babble on and on about adding this or that, but the truth of it goes. Zen~ knows what he is doing, we were all impressed with his vision, and I don't want him to compromise that vision because people less informed wanted something that really doesn't perform up to Zen~'s standard.

Kind of like the wick trading, I know Zen~ knows best in this situation and I look forward to vaping on my zenesis no matter what tube completes the tank.

Maybe you should read what i wrote. I never mention anything about the fused quarts making it the best in the world. I was referencing that the Zenesis is already IMO the best.

If you read a few pages back, Zen was asking the feb lists opinion and input about the switch. You are on the march list so this does not involve you. Not sure if your calling me less informed, i've been following this tread since dec and read every post.

Whatever Zen picks Im 100% fine with it.

how much is the zen going for as it stands
an by the way do you all realize that i am the 234th post of the dayand we still have 1:45 left in the day
23 pages of posts since midnight

:) We talk a LOT! Especially when a new tank material like fused quartz is announced. ;) The Zenesis Standard is $240, the mini is $225 and the Zentanium (Titanium) is $500. If you want the Ti, there's a deposit of $250 when you get on the list and the balance when they're ready to ship. Here's the web site link: Home

Wow guys, I have been following since December and got on the standard list January 5. This thread has been a nightly thing for me and I have enjoyed the nightly ritual of reading the new posts. Man, lately if I miss a day, it is a time commitment getting caught up. This is awesome. I love this thread. I enjoy being a quiet part of your group (cult?). I don't post much. In fact, the last time I posted, I think I might have inadvertently started the whole wick fiasco (sorry). Anyway, I'm glad to be here. That is all. I will go back to my quiet corner and continue observing.

Can you imagine what this thread will be like after people actually have a Zenesis in their hands? Holy cow...it's going to be insane in here. Pictures and reviews....it should be a blast! :) I cannot wait.

Anyway, I am curious - can you tell us the weight of the Standard, Zentenium, (I still prefer TiZen but you're the boss) and Mini for comparison's sake?

I can't... I don't have prototypes made of stainless or titanium ... But, I can be certain of this... The standard in SS will be the heaviest, the mini will be the next in line, and the titanium will be the lightest.

Hopefully this helps:
I own a SS Don and a buddy of mine has the AL Don. The SS Don is roughly twice the weight of the AL model. They are both still really light though.

I agree 100% it wouldn't be As Adjustable or adjustable to the same extremes...and NIN I realize it would be traveling that short distance and right up the tip, but it would still technically adjustable, and even if it werent, I'd give that up to be able to see the genesis atty it is one of the main things that makes this mod different from a SB with a ce2 tank lol....I guess I'm the only one that feels this way so will drop it, and go cry in the corner for a bit

Bumpi... No.

I'm not making a clear top section.

You have seen a picture of one prototype with the clear section. It doesn't look that good in person... In fact it looks unfinished. The hole at the top in the metal does not work... I tried it long ago. The hole placement in the side is critical. I absolutely assure you the atomizer does not work properly with the hole at the top.

And seriously... The only thing that makes this PV different from a SB with a Ce2 on it is being able to see vapor being produced?

Basically my arguement actually goes, all side of the arguement have valid points, both for glass and against. Until the stainless top people have polycarbonate and a wait for the parts to be shipped to zen~. Those with the glass have an option that was discovered recently was not calculated into the price point, and is beyond what was orignally promised. He is doing it to try and make everyone happy, which is not as easy as it seems. I think everyone is saying yes to whatever Zen~ decides (minus a few here and there) but everyone seems to have a strong preference and specific need that justifies their preference, whether it be a GI on deployment or wanting to see how much juice remains, I just felt it was better to stick to the play as called since he is already winning. What happens if there is some unexpected delay on the crystal, or some other unforeseen issue, more delays? He go back on his word? I just feel that we should be able to choose from the site once the items are available instead of Zen~ eating into his profit to improve on something that already wins as it is.[/COLOR]
I would think that if it was a huge deal he would not have given us an option, it seems as though he would rather use the quartz option.... And personally, I would rather have it....
