Ok , I've read many pages of this thread but not all . Questions are : What forms of payment are excepted?
Also , when can I get on a waiting list for the standard?

Thank you ,
Russ

There are no more waiting lists. The Standards will now be stocked starting in mid-to late April according to his web site. Here's the web site:
Zenesis Standard

zen~ accepts Paypal and also CC through the Square System.

Initial problems and a fix I made.

The problems
:
1) Juice in my battery compartment. ?? (gotta say that is weird and can't be good)
2) O-ring that holds the tank in place gets juice on it and tank gets REAL easy to slip right off. Not good.
3) Cap comes off too easy. Maybe threaded would be more secure?
4) Not sure if it is from laying on it's side, but my cap sure ends up with a LOT of juice in it. I'm not turning it upside down - it is just leaking in there. Is the filler hole supposed to just be open?

The fix - A rubber cover for the body and tank so hopefully it won't break if dropped. (Bicycle inner-tube)

The positive:
1) once it starts hitting like it should, it is fantastic

1. juice in the battery compartment is machine oil as addressed earlier by zen... hes not happy bout it

2. havent had issues with the tank yet at all

3. then we wouldn't have adjustable throat hit. a tighter o ring may be an option....

4. this is not a lay down pv, i wouldn't lay it down for long periods of time(if the filling hole wasn't open i think there may be some vacum issues and it wouldn't wick right... just my theory anyway)

It was possibly machine oil in the batt compartment. Mine had a lot on & in it. The top cap was a problem for me too. This exacerbates any slippage of the tube. I went to the hardware store & sifted through the o-rings until I found a particularly fat version of what was on there initially. I had to work the top down over it, but it's quite a bit more secure now.

Do you happen to know the size of the O-Rings you bought - that will be a change I make asap.

I can see that it was possibly oil in the battery compartment - my juice looks like and is almost as thick as oil, so I wouldn't have noticed. I just saw it and said W...T...F...

I have no doubt there will be a slight learning curve to this and I am happy as HELL to be dealing with it vs my other options. As mine is getting broken in nicely and starting to puff like a freight train, I am pretty happy. After new O-Rings it should be pretty solid.

3/4" OD 5/8"ID 1/16"Wall. Like I said, I looked through them and found one that was fatter than the others. I dry fit it & found it was considerable more snug than OEM. So far, it's solving the problem
