ok...i dont know if "GG" is a bad word around here...but im trying to understand the draw...anyone with a GGTS and a Standard...can anyone compare the draw of the two? I usually have the air control on the GGTS all the way open.
But I am still getting the one zen makes and do should you
Ah ha! Thought I saw reference to one Zen is making.....but couldn't remember. I suppose I'll just wait since I don't have my BAM yet anyway and still waiting for the Minis to stock so I can order
BUT I do have a Buzz Pro and Silver Bullet and couple of ego batteries; so maybe I'll check out the Caddy Shop for those other mods
I don't think the GG is a bad word, I was seriously considering the GG & ODY, but was not able to procure one and then got sucked into this thread months ago and decided I wanted to try a Genesis mod with a USA supplier where support and parts would be less problematic. I am actually used to the ODY type atty in Chinese form. I decided to roll the dice on Zen and the Genesis type atty because I wanted to experience the 'insert superlative' flavor everyone is bragging about. In the 30 minutes I have owned this type of mod I will say that immediately I am already impressed with the flavor and already taste things in my Double Apple Shisha that I never noticed before. I have been vaping that juice 24/7 for 2 years. I am a simple person. Where are all these harsh hits I am supposed to be getting during break-in? I haven't had one yet! I did drip 2 ml of some 24mg unflavored pg on the thing to prime and season it for about 20 minutes and that's all I have done.
The Zenesis should be perfect for you. It's come pre-loaded with an airy draw. There will be an adjustable airflow cap available separately if you need more adjustment.
I am used to tighter draws like the Vision Extremes, but not as tight as the Stardust which is too tight for me (yeah, he said that). I've only had my mini for a few minutes and switching to the airy draw didn't seem to be that big of deal at all. I have an adjustable flow control drip tip, but it doesn't fit and needs to be turned down, but I can see myself acclimating to this without worrying about that now.

I liked the AFC DT at first, but after using it for a while, it gets condensation build up in it and you end up with that in your mouth. YUK. If it's all the way open, it works good though.
How do you like your Mini?

I am excited for a full size genesis atomizer mod and excited it is coming from a US guy like zen. I have a ZattyU in the pipeline for my Darwin as well.
I like different mods for different feels...nothing wrong with having different feeling 'tastes' right? I only hesitate to talk of other mods here as i am not sure if there was a rule initiated at some point i am unaware of.
All i know is am excited to get a Zen standard in my rotation.

Double Apple Shisha is a tobacco & 2 different apple flavors that is not too nauseatingly sweet, but it does tend to gets sweeter throughout the day as the sting of the nicotine wears off and you notice the flavor more. In the morning it might be a bit mediciny, but in a satisfying way. It has a perfect throat hit, and gets better with steeping or just sitting around in a half empty bottle. It's not something you will necessarily like initially. It grows on you and simulates smoking in a satisfying way better than most fruity or sweet vapes which tend to get tiresome or sickening when vaped excessively.
I get my double apple shisha from Totally Wicked. It's their Patriot Range USA MADE range. It's available in 12mg, 18mg, 36mg. I mix 36 and 18 1:2 to get 24mg, but might need to go lower because it's apparent to me that I might be chain vaping more and will likely need to avoid eventual comas. I buy it in bulk by calling them and negotiating a sizeable discount off $1000 order, but you can also get a great deal by waiting for their YO-YO promotion when you can get it for up to 60% off. The downside is they normally sell out entirely and quickly with long lead times for restocking.
If it weren't for this e-juice I and couple of friends and relatives may never have left analogs for good.

PS: Crystaleliquid.com also has a clear version that is more apple-ly and sweeter which is not bad, but it's not as tobacco as I would like.

I am floored that it arrived as I walked out the door to check the mail for the 3rd time. I took a video for myself to show me the way it should look when I re-wrap the coil. I doped it with some DYI 24mg unflavored nicotine for 20 minutes and then filled it with my fluid and started vaping. No harsh hits. Some hits were better than others in terms of flavor, but ultimatley I already know that I will not be dissapointed with the final flavor that I get once I get it completely broken in.
I am curious what setting my switch was set to? I remember him saying something about using the medium throw setting moving forward. Because of mini's smaller size, I have found my own way to comfortably fire it by thumbing the cap while pushing the pinky on the switch to make it comfortably fire and have also been playing with palm/squeezing it, but I need more practice.
The coils were perfectly setup, burned evenly after the residual fluid burned off, the wick was flawless, and the thing worked on the first button push. My battery shakes a little bit and will consider adjusting the screw if that will resolve it without causing it to loosen up, but honestly it's a minor detail and could care less.
THANKS ZEN, I AM VERY PLEASED & THOROUGHLY HAPPY WITH MY MINI. I can't weight (sic) to see how light the Mini Ti is and the finish you decide to go with.
I have 4 more Zeneses coming and will probably add a Z-ATTY-PRO for my new Mini-Provari-V2
PS: BTW...The plural of Zenesis is not Zenesi, that only applies to cacti and other words that end in 'us'...true story

I THINK the Zenesis is shipped with the switch set to regular. To change it to medium, take one of the two thin magnets and stick it to the larger magnet on the bottom of the switch (make sure the top and bottom magnets are resisting each other) and screw it back together. The low reisistance is set by taking one of the two thinner magnets out completely.
