Joe,
My Chrome LT2.0 was working sooo great, but now all the sudden the LED blinks 10 times, like the batteries are dead. They are fully Charged?? Is this a known issue?
This thread has me all excited, could mine be exchanged for one of the new BLACK ones?

Also, FYI - CS was telling me to push the red button 5 times for the display resistance feature, and as I'm sure you know it is the Fire button, lol. Kinda a simple issue, but I was sent a replacement, and again told to press the red button, almost sent them both back when James finally let me know it was the fire button. After that I have been very pleased until this new issue where it seems to think the batteries are always dead???
TY

No that is not a common issue. Please let CS know and we will get you taken care of. No we can not exchange the older models for the new ones when the 2.0's come out, sorry.

I will make sure that all the staff knows the right info for the Chrome LT's. Thanks for the heads up on that.

Hey JoeInferno, I'm wondering if volcanoecigs would take a special request to let me order via paypal, since I have no credit card. If I have the money already, I could send a money order, but I may not, because I've been looking at other mods. but I DO want the new lavatube2.0 and I have for a very long time. Its Novemeber. I've been waiting for this thing for what? 2 months? 3 months? I saw the prototype video and I'm in love with the new metal button and all of the features. Hopefully it has an ohm meter as thats what ive come to expect from most of the newer variable voltage mods. And it IS also variable wattage, right? Thats what I hear. And if its variable wattage, is it also RMS like the new Stainless Steel Smoktech? I hope so. The LavaTube is certainly going to be a game changer at its price point :)

UGH. Ive been waiting soooo long. I really hope volcano will take paypal. Also, bro, do you think anyone else will have a similar product coming out around the same time? like, I remember when you guys came out with the lavatube, others came out with it as well. and then the young june came out, which had new and improved features. I'm just wondering if other companies will be reselling this thing as well as you guys. I'm buying from you guys this time. Because I believe in you guys. The prototype review said you guys were putting this thing out for $80 and I think thats a FAIR price and I really commend you for doing that for us, seriously, thank you.

Hope you can answer my questions. Thanks! :)

Aww a few other vendors have told me they would make an acception and allow me to use paypal. See, with a pre-paid visa card, I have to actually have the money first. With my paypal, I have $500 of "Buy It Later" Credit, so its like an online credit card. Get it? On top of this, even if I had the money already, a pre-paid visa card costs $5 for the card and then some of them even cost $5 to activate. I should know, I've tried a ton of them. Some of them even charge you $1 each month that you have money on it. (greendot) Its ridiculous.

Well that was a long 41 pages of reading. Seeing the mood swings take place as good information came in (spec and pics) to the sour tones when delay information came in was interesting. Either way I understand that new products take time to get right and respect the fact that you don't want to put something out in market that isn't going to be 100%.

Now that is out of the way, when is this thing going to be ready?:p

Dwolla appears to be a great way to send money. Just tried to setup an account but couldn't seem to finish because I only use a land line phone link. Not many of us around in this part of the 21st century. :)

Do you have an account? If so how has it worked out for you for buying things online?

Errol
No, been thinking about it though.
Paypal is getting to full of themselves!
No cig stuff, no gun stuff, No Porn, etc, etc.
It should be none of there business!
