I smoked Newport, if you didn't get a "buzz" from very high nicotine then....The company is lying as to the strength of their "very High", very High in nicotine terms would be 36mg or so. I don't think it would be possible to vape that a lot and not get a buzz. Assuming you are a 3/4 pack a day Newport smoker.
I also admit I was never able to get any buzz or throat hit from a 3 piece set. I am sure I was doing something wrong but... Dripping liquid directly on the atomizer or using a cartomizer have been the only ways I get my Hot vapor, throat hit, buzz. Do you have any liquid with you? or are they prefilled cartridges. If you have any liquid or can maybe push/squeeze something against your cartridges and drip directly on your atomizer. Then tape a vape off that and see if you get any difference. A drip tip is nice for this, but you can get away without one for testing purposes.
