The only flavors that i have ran across that leave a smell are the maple based flavors. If I start with a french toast flavor in the morning, i will wake up the entire house thinking that there is breakfast ready to go lol. Other than that no odors. Just some potent juices can hang around for a while, but who doesnt love the smell of french toast! Well i guess the people that wake up and think there is food, but are just disappointed lol.

Hahaha, I had this same thing happened the first time I fired up French Toast. One of my favorite flavors!

I think this is a great question because this has been on my mind too. As a newbie, I am blowing the fruit vapes at my spouse asking what it smells like. I feel a bit annoying, but I want to know! The only time there was a voluntary comment was when I was doing a maple-caramel type vape and it was said that it smelled like waffles (just like the other poster commented). I was also asked by another if I was vaping cotton candy, but it was a fruity vape. All good smells compared to analogs so I think we are doing great.

You smell much better than you used to. I can guarantee it.

I was a sporadic smoker before finding vaping. I love nicotine but rarely smoked. Most of it was the health effects of smoking, but I also hated the way it made me smell. I have a couple coworkers that smoke and I can smell it on them from 10 feet away when they come in from a smoke break. With vaping, even if it did linger, most of the smells are pleasant.

I vape in my car which is a pretty small space and it doesn't smell. I asked my non-smoking, non-vaping husband just to be sure. Some years back, a friend of mine who had long quit picked up smoking again. He didn't smoke in his car but his car still smelled like smoke because he'd smoke and then get in his car. The particulates that smoking generates stick like crazy. Vapor doesn't do that.

You smell way better, and I didn't realize that until this weekend.
My husband was over at the neighbors and when he came home, good gravy, he reeked. For the most part he's a non smoker, but does sometimes have a few when he's out. BUt this time, no, he wasn't smoking, just in someone's house who was, and man it was thick on his jacket.
It was a real eye opener because I even noticed the smell, and it wasn't that pleasant. So that was pretty cool.

Well I didn't expect this much chatter, but I appreciate the replies. I still hit one of those old style cigarettes once in a while. It tends to make me feel like the times as a kid when I'd clean out the butts in my Dad's ashtray after he left the house (a little green and sickly feeling). I'm getting my sense of smell back gradually.

These new ecigs are really great. I don't have any trouble convincing people that they should try one.
