Texas is gonna let you carry a SWORD???? Sigh, just one more reason to love Texas. We travelled through there on my honeymoon and I loved it so much I was musing about selling an egg and buying some land there. The problem was, though, any self-respecting couple that wanted a baby would take one look at my medical records then go talk to the pregnant teenager down the block who "Don't know who the daddy is," considering it to be a much safer bet.
EVERYWHERE I went in Texas, though, I felt bemusedly happy. I hear the heat is oppressive in the summer there, and it's not a dry heat, meaning more bugs. LOL. I "can" do without mosquitoes, for sure. For the longest time after that I had a car with a bumper sticker stating, "I'm from Texas, what country are you from?" The people who knew me got confused, haha.
But a sword? How cool is that? I'd love to carry a broadsword around with me wherever I went. I wonder if AZ might let you, or at least not have a rule about it... Probably a mistake, even if it's not completely prohibited....
