I tried njoy kings first and realized that it was a possibility, albeit an expensive one if I were to stick to the njoys. Started researching and learned so much more about vaping in just a few days and placed my first order.
As soon as my twist came in, I switched like a light switch. Tried an analog a few days afterwards and didn't last more than a few puffs and had to put it out.
That was 6 weeks ago tomorrow. In that time, I've upgraded to a vamo and dropped from 24mg to 18mg.

3-1/2 years ! Must be some kind of record.

I smoked about 30/day. Got down to 15/day pretty quickly. Thought it was a miracle went I got to 5 a day (I always thought that people who only smoked 5 a day weren't really "smokers.")

The last year or so it was only 1 to 3 a day. But I couldn't quit totally.

I always kept track of my smoking so I could see the progress...which was mighty slow !

Finally quit October 20, and none since. I was planning to try one in a few weeks to see if they really taste as nasty as everyone says, but I never have. Now I don't think I ever will. Don't miss them at all now.

While I was smoking 1 to 3 a day I was only vaping 1 ml/day (36 mg/ml high strength.) However, when I quit, I jumped to about 3 ml of juice per day. This makes me suspect that there is something addictive in cigarettes other than nicotine. Someone I had to increase my vaping drastically to make up for those few cigarettes I cut out. Very strange !

I guess the lesson from all this is KEEP TRYING. It'll probably work in the end.

I got a smoketip a year and 1/2 ago and though I cut down on cigs I never really stopped, so I went back to cigerettes. Then a woman I worked with stopped smoking using an ecig about 6 months ago and I was jealous. I thought If she can do it I should be able to. I bought an ego and clearimizers and stopped smoking except for the first one in the morning. Then one morning instead of a cigerette I smoked the ecig instead and that was the end of cigerettes except for the 1 I had when my husband wanted to replace the sink in the kitchen and it ruined the counter top when he took it out Lol! That was 3 months ago and have not had one since. And yes I can't believe how bad people that smoke smell and how bad they taste!

With my first kit with auto 510 batt and super crappy atty and unknown tabacco flavored juice I went about 2 months sucking on both. Then I got the TW screwdriver(ripoff artists), some decent attys with 24mg fruity juices and quit the day I got it. I went back to smoking for short time when I ran out of supplies while working in China(a pain to find supplies anything other than disty level oddly enough) then quit again the day I got back to the US.

My daughter picked 17th January as the day I should stop smoking. I'd left it to the last minute to order my e-cig kit and fortunately it arrived on that day. Even though I mainly smoked roll ups for 20 years I bought myself a final pack of Marlboro's and enjoyed one last smoke out in the sunshine on my way home from work.
When I got home I opened my first vapemail and assembled a sleek black cigalike (Jacvapour V3i if you want specifics)
My first vape was 18mg tobacco flavour that tasted rotten.

Well 20 years ago my first puffs on a silk cut also made me want to gag

I haven't had a cigarette since

And my vaping has gone from strength to strength

I smoked a pack and a half a day for 35 years. I actually quit cold turkey several times during those years but always returned to smoking within a month.

I started vaping late in October of 2011 and started to replace those 30 cigarettes per day one by one by vaping. Five months later I was still vaping and down to three to six cigarettes per day. I was at that level for about a month and not making any more progress so I quit smoking entirely. I haven't smoked a single puff since April of 2012.

I quit the same day I got my first vapemail. It was easy for me and I am extremely thankful for that. I was lucky. I was even confident enough to give my fresh, unopened pack of Marlboro Menthols to a buddy at work the following day because I knew I would not need them. And, happily enough, that same buddy has been vaping for months, after he saw what it did for me, and quit almost immediately as well.

My V2 cig-a-like worked for a week but then I ordered my Twists because I was killing the batts way too fast. The Twists kept me going for a few months and I ordered a ProVari to celebrate. I am one extremely happy vaper right now. :)

I smoked a PAD+ for about 20 years and quit with no effort. I wish everyone that tried vaping had it that easy. I really do. We could end deaths from smoking cigs much more easily if everyone could be so lucky.

Got my eGo-C kit on Jan, 4th, 2013
Vaped like a mad man that night...no cigs.
Next morning, with coffee and vape in hand- tried a burro red.
Two puffs- put it out....my old companion tasted bad and nasty.
Liked my 'coffee vape' with my coffee better.
40+ yrs of PAD +, 'burro reds'
Lucky for me- no cravings of withdrawals...a miracle !

I LOVE VAPING !!!

Same day. I drove a half hour to the vape store and got set up with everything. On the way home I stopped at the grocer to get a few things and bought one pack of cigs because I only had one left and I smoked that the rest of the way home.
Came in, plugged in the ego to charge, put my groceries away, made dinner and by the time it was all done my battery was charged. That was it! That last pack never got opened.

Inspiration is having your hair smell good, jackets aren't stinky anymore, you never have to smell an ashtray again or having your vehicle smell like an ashtray, not getting the DTs at 11pm because you only have 2 butts left and you're already in your PJs, having the people who love you practically cheer, not making your pet sneeze because you accidentally got too close, your fingernails aren't yellow, your teeth are brighter, and you can breathe. :)
