I have been continuously vaping for 8 month...and recently I felt lots of phlegm inside my throat,it’s a little uncomfortable...
How many years have you been vaping,do you see any unwanted side effect while vaping?

Six and half years past, I had stuff rolling about in my lungs when ready to slumber. I cut the VG from 35% to 20%. Fixed!
7 years and 1 month tomorrow (No tobacco ever since).

I've been vaping for 14 years now. This has been a God send for me. I smoked cigs for 40 years. These Ecigs were the only thing that got me off of cigs.
My Dr. Is happy about that. My lungs are clear and oxygen levels are at 98% at all times.
