Yup, its confirmed, I am the most boring person on the planet. Settled early at around 2.5ml @ 6mg with occasional high nic forays on hard stressful days going up to as high as 24mg for a few hits.

The only real difference I am aware of, is that if I leave home without my PV it doesn't really "bother" me, although I admit to a very happy reunion when I return home!

Well, let's see. It used to take me all day long to smoke 4 packs. Sometimes there would be one burning in my hand and another burning in the ashtray, so the numbers could vary. There is an e-cigarette in my hand as I type this, and another one in my CLEAN ashtray, but it ain't burning. Since I don't have to waste my time lighting it, does that mean that I am vaping more often than I smoked?

And now it's 2-2.5 ml at 12-18 mg

I barely made 3 packs a day. I feel like a lightweight on here.
Like you, tho, the ashtray smoked a lot of those. I can get by on 5-6ml a day now. (6V uses more juice, but I do chain vape)

I burned those suckers up for 57 years and have a drawer full of wore out Zippos. I was using butane throwaways when the self extinguishing analogs were forced on us. I don't remember which brand of lighter it was, but I quit using one of them because of sore thumbs.

So, there you have if folks. Quit smoking and save your thumbs.

I smoked for over 40 years and quit cigarettes over a year ago. I began with 18mg and upped that to 24mg in short order. Although I was vaping almost continuously throughout the day, my appetite went through the roof and food cravings were a constant. I switched to 36m approximately six months ago and now supplement with Snus a few times a day.

It works for me.

I need the ritual more than the nic also. I started out vaping like a madwomen on 24mg going through 3-4 mls a day, cut down to 18mg and now I'm down to 9mg but still about 3 mls.

when i started i got the highest mg's i could find 36 being highest. and i am not sure how much i was using. i eventually weaned myself down to 0mg's. i stayed for 2 weeks.
i have since increased the nic to 18mg's because i really like the throat hit, and for 'after dinner' too

when i started my doc was curious to know how much i was using, but at the time i was just trying to keep from jones'in. now that i am settled with good juice and good equipment i filled a bottle with 10ml to see how long i could go.

6 days - 10ml of 18mg's to 0mg's nic

Pacifier mode to times when it might be a few hours without hitting an ecig at all. (well, other than sleeping ;-) And down from 18-24mg to 8-12mg nic.

Although much of that is, imo, the result of vaping mods - Bartlebys, Protege and now tornados/eGos to where getting better vapor results in better absorption. But I'd still guess I'm getting less nicotine than at the start.
