We've had threads like this before. The results for mg of nic per day have always been something of a bell-shaped curve with the center around 50-60 mg/day. But by all means, please keep collecting the data.
I noticed that on another similar thread. Most people ended up using right around 60ml a day, no matter the concentration of liquid.

Yea, what I expect over time. However, currently it a left shifted bell. Looks like there's a current rate of change occurring. Time will give us more : )
Thanks

I'm wondering how some of you are going through that much juice in a day. Box mods I guess?

I'm finally down to 12mg. I only refill my 3ml tank once a day. Obviously I don't wait until it's empty, only when the juice is getting close to the wicking holes on the coil. So I guess I'm vaping around 2ml a day.

My usage went up a lot from Nexus to Pico then again a lot when I went to RTA with clapton. I can't imagine how much I'd use with dual aliens... With that said, habit/ease is part of it (kid with new toy).

My usage goes up every time I get a new RTA or RDA, then it goes back to normal..

Your still new to vaping overall, but over time your consumption levels will change somewhat unless you don't care for them to..

By the time I'd been vaping a year I could go shopping and run around half the day and not even miss my mod.. everyone is different of course, but you can likely expect some measure of change over the years..

2.5-3mL/day @ 18mg/mL.

I used to vape DTL hardware, at lower nic levels (4-6mL), and higher e-liquid consumption (12-15mL/day). But, I started waking up with congestion, and something similar to smoker's hack. So, I decided to try and reduce liquid consumption. I upped my nic, and switched to MTL single-coil devices, at lower wattage. I stopped chain-vaping. I consume less liquid. Coughing/phlegm ceased. And, I still satisfy my nic cravings.
So far, it is working for me.:)

I have no clue and work complicates matters, I am using snus and I've had some really long days. My DIY stuff is piling up. I'm fairly sure I am VAPING less, but I have no idea what amount of nic I consume in Snus.

I will say, I am glad I found snus for work for many reasons, a big one being it seems to be on NO ONEs radar. It's barely TAXED in my state. And I can import it (and do). It's kind of like.... Oooh this stuff is so gross no one but the homeless are going to use it or something. That's what my kid told me, "Mom, that's what the homeless use!" LOL.

I was like, THEN THEY ARE SMART.

Gosh, they may be kind of smart. I mean, no issues with money, property, taxes, people hand them dough ani the elements get too bad there are short term shelters.

I am NOT the person who wants to be homeless. As a mentally ill person, I have the fear of being a very old lady, all of whose loved ones are dead or have abandoned them, pushing a shopping cart full of cats and trash, and muttering to my hallucinations.

I am told EVERY mentally ill person has that fear. Still. Snus. Good stuff. Vaping is better but Snus works
