I bought two Provari's today. Doesn't matter what anyone says - I love them. I know people love thief own devices more. I just don't care to bash or pick apart someone that has something different. Whatever makes you happy. I'm not a Provari freak...I just happen to love mine. Couldn't care less if people are haters because off that

Pics or it didn't happen. :D Greetings to Our Newest Members!

Protovapor xpv?
Yup.

What do you think of it?
It rawks. I've had it for a couple of weeks now, and there's no APV currently on the market that I'd rather have, at any price.

I want a dna 30 and I like the looks of that once it gets the new board
Well, if you want a dna 30, by all means wait. Personally, I have no need for it. The Squape I currently have on it runs just fine at 10-12 watts (even with a dual coil build in it). I have some other RBAs headed my way, but I don't expect any of them will need more than 6 amps or 20 watts either.

Agree with you on this Rossum.

I would like the ProVari to have a bit more 'top end', but I find my sweet spot is 12 Watts.

Would I use it? Probably rarely, if at all. To me 20+ watts is out of the question. When I get close to 20 (with my Caravela) it is all vapor and TH, with no flavor.

It's just not for me.

thank you for your expertise. you being all about the dna boards and singing its praise means a lot. I don't "need" a dna20. my kraken/kylin setup is just shy of 19 watt on a fresh battery and I like it more once it dies down a bit. Its more that I'd rather wait and get the latest technology. I'll probably get myself one as a birthday present

Just another example proving that the majority of this thread (elite sarcasm, jokes, and intelligent posts aside) is BS, as everyone has their own opinion:toast:. It comes down to what works for them. My sweet spot is a 0.5 subohm build pulling 35 watts. Wonderful TH, vapor, and flavor, and I like a warmer vape typically.

Provari works for some, MM work for some, hell even Blu disposable ecigs work for some. Whatever you like, just keep vaping.

I agree with the closing sentiment wholeheartedly.

So is my post BS, elite sarcasm, a joke, or an intelligent post?

Perhaps a bit of all four!

I went to Zen's grand opening yesterday. I thought of this thread when I was there......welcome gift was a little rubber ring for your device (or finger I guess) that said "just vape it". No one said a thing or even looked at me funny when I placed it on my Provari :)

I almost wish I had not looked that one up! Nice piece of gear.

I'm going to have to make it over there sometime. Road trip in my future I guess. I started researching his mods after someone in here recommended it for reverse battery protection/dna30 and bam, another whole new world out there to research!! His mods seem to be really well thought out but I see his "blemished" mods will only be available in the retail store and not online. Yep, roadtrip!!!

LOL -- I understand. My bank account would also have a slightly larger balance if I didn't keep looking stuff up here. Heck, not that long ago, I seriously considered ordering up a blemished Provari just to be able to say that I've given it a fair shake before I diss the clunky user interface anymore. ;)

People sometimes seem much nicer in person than online...In person no one ever calls my MVP "Chinese Junk" or my wifes Ego "A waste" and I would imagine, even though I don't own a provari, No one directly accuses its users of high brow elitism.....In the real world there's a lot of support and a lot less Snarkery. I try very hard not to get caught up in the negativity that the internet. its anonymity, and Forums in general sometimes seem to breed. I always try to be respectful and employ the original Golden Rule when dealing with folks whom I may share a difference of opinion with. I love my MVP2 for all it does for me and I will continue to recommend it to people as a fine intermediately priced device But if a person asks me for my opinion on top flight units- Provari would be amongst the best I could offer and For ease of use to a newbie wanting the best.. Provari wins hands down. Right now I'm on a serious Juice hunt and thats were my extra cash is going but at some point I may invest in a mini, who knows. But For now I'm enjoying being free of BT for the first time since being a teenager and I'm doing it on my MVP2..:)

I'm not sure what you can do about that- but I remember someone else posting about this.

Post in site feedback and help and someone will help you.
