I've been effectively vaping for 43 days. Haven't smoked a single analog since then. 42 out of those days I've been on ECF reading and I've come to the conclusion that I still don't know jack about it all.

There's sooooo many different things one can learn, the information is mind blowing..... But awesome.

With that said, I'm looking for my next RBA, Tank, Mod, or dripper.

A dripper sounds all nice and dandy but being on the road all day might be an issue. However doesn't every vaper have one?

A new RBA.... I only have 1. It's a Kayfun clone and I enjoy the heck out of it. Would definitely love some suggestions on other ones. I had just looked at the GUS Estia but found out it wouldn't work with anything I have (how did I not know there's more than ego and 510 threads?)

Which brings me to my next point.... All I own so far is a little ego twist, and a MVP2. Should I go for a new higher end mod?

Another Tank..... To be honest I haven't used any of my tanks in 4+ days and have only been using my kayfun clone however I also only have 6 tanks. A Protank 2, protank 3, kanger t3, iclear 30, another top coil tank that I don't even know what it is, and an Aspire BDC.

I have a budget of around $150-$180 on whatever new toy you can recommend (with reason). I should also mention I have a Nautilus coming my way.

Thanks ladies & Gentlemen! This should be fun. What's YOUR favorite?

My favorite is a Kayfun on a Provari. You already have the Kayfun, so ...

Why not a Provari?

Oh yeah .... the good ole Provari .... an upgrade over the MVP2 for sure but .... how much exactly? Not in my budget quite yet and I have to be honest I am satisfied with my MVP2. At $40 or less I definitely can't beat it .... and even if it breaks, spending another $40 would definitely be easy.

The Provari would fall within your stated $150-$180 budget. They start out at $159. Considering their durability and longivity, it could be the last mod you'll ever need.

Apparently you didn't read the testamonial links that I provided in the above blog. Anyway, you asked what was my favorite. I didn't mean to start another Provari vs XXXXX mod thread. If its not in your budget, look elsewhere. Carry on. :)

For batteries ... I bounce back and forth between a Caravela (clone) mechanical mod with a 'Kick' VV module installed in it and an iTaste MVP 2.0 box mod.

For atomizers ... I bounce back and forth between a Kayfun Lite Plus (authentic) and a Kanger Aerotank.

Anyway, they have kept me completely off cigarettes for the last 3 months ... Still smoke an occasional cigar every week or so.

As far as MOD's , I would suggest another MPV. Easy on the pocket, easy to charge and use on the road. If you are looking into replaceable batteries, Nemesis clone + Sony batteries and good charger. (Nemesis clone - add 3 magnets to the switch and it will not fire standing up without locking.)

Tops,
Mega Areo (about 30 bucks) with great reviews.
Another Kayfun style tank such as Squape would suit you.

Good luck spendy!

Cheers

Just stalk the Classifieds until you get a REO or Provari, because I don't think you see a big improvement where you get return on your investment versus your current setup versus getting another topper like a nautilus or another RBA out there like an Aqua, GUS Estia,etc...

If you want fine piece of machinery, highly reputable company, Made in USA get Provari to pair with your Kayfun
(Confession Bear: I would never get one but I don't want this thread to go to 20 pages of BS of "adults" bickering whose E-dong is bigger instead of helping the person who asked the question)

I think you kinda know what you want, question is worth the return on your investment. Remember, treat this at investment for helping your quit smoking...if it's hobby..then by all means by everything in sight

Totally agree on your point. If what you have is satisfactory, you can get a duplicate of that. Ie. 2 MPV for me was great investment.

Now if you have the cash, get everything expensive and all of the bragging rights.

I for one am interested only in a good vape. Be it a lowly ego with little EVOD top!

Cheers

For the road, a Provari or a REO would be two great options. Well build and long lasting, plus there's a decent resale value if you don't wind up liking them. If you don't wish to spend that much, I'd vote for another MVP 2. I had two, and they're a great vape. Cheap enough not to be too upset if something happened to them, but good enough to last a while and be a consistent vape.

For a topper on the road, your best bet is to stick with the Kayfun like rebuildables, as those don't leak. Drippers aren't convenient on the road and while genesis style tanks can provide a dripper's taste in a more convenient form, they still leak. If you want to try one at home though, the Kracken is awesome. If you want to drip on the road, get the Reo and stick with bottom fed drippers as toppers.

You can do what I did. Get a mech and a kick. When you want to VW use the kick.... when you don't just mech it. I like that the center pin is adjustable on all? mechs and that I can give it a soap bath. The thing I do not like about the mech is the charging of the batteries. I much prefer charging my spinners and MVP.

As much as people like their battery holders.. the real key is the delivery device for a good vape. The battery holder just gives power... the delivery device is where the vapor and flavor come from. Which is the best one? Only you can answer that by trial and error.

Don't forget to add in good batteries and a charger if you go mechanical/Provari/REO/etc. If you were a little bit up the coast (I'm in M.B.), I'd let you try the ones I have. I kinda really like all of them from eRoll to Reo and a bunch o' stuff in between. I didn't really like the Kayfun style though but I think I got a crappy one. I do like the Nautilus, it's a nice big tank and pretty easy to fill. There is a video on youtube I think for rebuilding the coil but I haven't watched it yet.
Carto tanks are nice once you get the hang of it. See Bad for that one.

Get down to your B & M, and check things out! If they don't have a specific mod in stock, you may find a customer that might let you swap your tank and try theirs.

I'm throwing my hat in with Bad.......Kayfun and a Provari. I have the MVP and it was good, the ProTanks were good, ran the gamut from eGo's to an iTaste 134, but build a micro coil on a Kayfun, screw it onto a ProVari, and that's my vaping Nirvana.

Of course, that's just my opinion!:p
