I couldn't do 36 I had some 24 but the th was to harsh for me so I jumped down to 18 mg , maybe now that I'm more used to vaping I should try 24 again , I never found the cravings too bad that wasn't my prob I think I was just letting myself smoke occasionally like 2 a day , I went 6 days with no smokes quite easy then I just was 2 a day again and slowly back up to a pack a day but I know every smoke avoided is good it's just I'm no longer avoiding any of them , all this talking makes me say acre waiting a week , nothing will be different a week from now any way , I haven't vaped at all today or yesterday and I just had the last smoke in my pack , that's a hint id say , I'm gonna pull out the good old ego and not buy any smokes after work , its more like I'm in the habit of buying smokes I'll have to order a bit of 24 too hmm who ships fasted to Edmonton , I'm thinking electro vapour

I would have to suggest them myself :) they are the closest to you so it should mean faster shipping.

Try to smoothen it out with different flavors. Menthol for examples is going to overpower the TH to some degree with cooling menthol.. Maybe 36 isn't for you, but go higer than 18 for sure.

I've got a few tricks that helped me out, I myself didn't have a lot of trouble with the transition but I only smoked a half pack a day and and only for about 3-4 years. 1) If you really truly can't go without the analogs try buying a pack of some crappy smokes. I damn near quit about a year ago just on principal when I bought a bag of native smokes before I went on a week long hunting trip. They were all I had and they were terrible, and I smoked a lot less of them because of it. And it might work even better with vaping since you will have a choice which one to go to. 2) If you can, try quitting everything for as long as you can then pick up your pv, it will be like a godsend. This is what I really attribute to my success, when I got my ego in the mail I had already been 7 days without tobacco getting by on leftover nicotine gum from the last failed quit attempt. Then like an angel the postman delivered my ego and it took me all of about 45 seconds to put it together and get that first puff into me. I'm not pretending to know everything, these are just a few things that helped me.

Hi Wood - Give Dekang Benson & Hedges a try (sometimes listed as B&H or Gold & Silver). I found this juice was the closest thing I ever vaped to an analog, which really helped with those initial cig cravings a year ago. I tried going back to that juice recently and it was too much like a cigarette for my tastes now. No sweetness to it at all. Might work for ya. Vapables and Electro Vapors carry it.

Here's a reply from another thread, I haven't had a chance to order any yet so ymmv:

Hey Dopeh, some of the NicFitNation.com flavours might interest you.

Their Royal Reserve Canadian Tobacco, Peachwood Tobacco, Cherrywood Tobacco and Applewood Tobacco are all excellent.

I had asked for any non-American tasting tobacco juices.

Sorry you're having trouble, but you've had success before so no reason you can't win again! You only fail when you stop trying imo.

SNUS!!!! And if you can't get snus in Canada, go with another smokeless tobacco and use it to suppliment the vaping. You are probably missing the other tobacco alkaloids you're body has come to depend upon. Instead of getting it through smoked tobacco, go smokeless and get the smoking sensation through vaping.

I was lucky and quit the day I started vaping, but my husband struggled with vaping until we started him on snus + vaping. Smokeless tobacco has all of the tobacco ingredients you need without the deadly smoke - it's 99% safer than smoking, so you're not setting back the good you are doing with vaping.

PLEASE, instead of buying cigarettes, keep vaping and try a smokeless tobacco first. If that doesn't work, do what you have to, but please at least give it a try?

Swedish snus is easy to get. We just ordered from this U.S. site recently: https://www.lilbrown.com/product/ta...ame/general-snus-wht-por-wg-10ct/default.aspx (thanks to a tip from Stubby on the smokeless forum).

Even if American snus isn't as "clean" as Swedish, it's still worlds better than smoking. Even chew is better than smoking! Many of the chemicals in tobacco don't become truly harmful until they are burned. Smoking has TWICE the risk of oral cancer than smokeless tobacco.
