my IP doesnt fire every time. i have to spin the voltage wheel,take batteries out and shake it around a bit when that happens. also its like there is a lose connection somewhere because (sometimes) it fires and i get a blue AND red light inside the wheel (and it makes a funny buzzing noise).


what could be the problem? i received this unit about a month ago.

You may have a battery going bad ?? could be something else ? do you have a voltmeter ?

i bought 4 sets of batts and they all do the same thing. after i fiddle with the "volt-wheel" back and forth few times, it starts vaping fine again. to me, it seems there is a lose connection inside.

Did you check your top cap wire?

While hitting it move the wheel up and down , does it turn off or misfire ? If so it is a bad pot .

i dont know how to check the top cap wire, im afraid if i start opening it i will wreck it. it hasnt misfired today so i cant check the misfire thing. i will do it when it starts acting up again. thanks.

Check the bottom cap !!! they work loose and it will seem like a misfire but it is OFF !

No red led = OFF

i hope i didnt create a firestorm, i THINK i found the culprit. i realized it only does that when i use 1.6ohm cartos. when i switch to boge 2.0's it works flawlessly. my thinking is: the ohm is a bit low for the voltage im using.

you got it , with a 1.6 ohm coil you can only go to about 4.7 volts !!
