^ it's suposidly fixed for the newer version with the ego threads.
I Googled "itaste MVP 999" went to video in results that contained 999 :ON THE ROAD WITH THE iTASTE MVP - YouTube hold Ctrl+f find '999' and it says twice it was fixed, which is enough confirmation I need because not really worried about it, so you search deeper if you want, but that's basically solved.

Egad, is there now a version 1B? Mine definitely does the 999 cleaning trick, but I did get it in January of this year. (It does have the ego threads.)

I think their reply is about as cryptic as can be!

Um, if you custom order something, don't you think they'd label it according to your specs?

In any event, I'm really happy with my MVP, it does last about twice as long as my 1300 Spinners, so it's got to be close. Since they say it's "real 2600" then they must be series connected to boost the voltage.

Mine says it's delivered but I'm stuck at work for couple more hours. Plus the fact I live in an apt and if the package is too big I have to wait till to get it in the am. Does free cigs use a bubble mailer? I hope to hell so I'll be upset if I had to wait another day lol.

Just threw it on the charger. I'm extremely impressed with the build quality. Hell the display is more clear than the provari! Great hand feel. I swear every time I buy a mod I allways think it's going to be bigger ha. I love the size. Perfect for the pocket. I did a pass through vape because it was green and it's working fine. Are these clearos worth anything? May fill one with some pirates booty for when it's charged.

mine was shipped today!
also ordered the Vapor Skins Clear Carbon Fiber wrap.

so very, very excited.. my Infernos aren't going to get much attention in a few days.

You'll be very happy. I'm still apprehensive that the battery last so long how small the unit is.

Grimmgreen and PBasurbo (sp) both have very good and informative videos of this mod.

As far as the 999 counter goes, if you turn the device off, with 5 button presses (same as Ego) it also reset's the puff counter to Zero once you turn the mod back on. No more clean cycle.

Um, 3 click on / off :)

good thing about flat rectangle battery being internal is it has less wasted real estate than an 18650 cylinder and is prolly wired straight to the battery saving space of springs and connectors interchangeable batteries need.

I'm sure when peoples' MVP start dying in a year, someone will make an easy guide to change them - if we can find the correct batteries.

My MVP came with 2 iClear 16 clearos. They are probably the best "stardust" type clearos you can get. They are dual coil which produces a really warm vape (which i like) and wick really well. I never get dry hits even when the juice level goes all the way down. The vapor production is fantastic.

I'm still wondering what the mahs are:

"Hi ,
we make statement of this issue time ago , the MVP’s standard size battery is real 2600mAh , we open mold and order customize battery like that. however , MVP is VV product , need for high-current discharge , ordingly discharge battery can not meet 5V , The battery supplier produce battery depend on 2600mAh standard, You know , high-current discharge will lose about 15% , 2600x0.85=2210mAh , 2210mAh is precise MVP high-current discharge capacity .

Any questions or assistance , please let us know freely .
Sincerely yours ,..."

"2210mAh is precise MVP high-current discharge capacity"
"the MVP’s standard size battery is real 2600mAh"

So which is it?
Really 2210 mah falsely advertised at 2600?
Or 'real 2600mah' but loses about %15 on high volt/watt setting that make it only 2210 mah or something like that?

Sweet... But considering the low price in a year I may not mind dropping another 65.

I'll probably give them a go tommorow. When they die I may try a rebuild :)

that's going to be the true test for me: how big is it, in my hand.. is this manageable for me? they're not dainty little woman hands, but.. you know.. hoping it fits and feels right.

waiting for an update from Magenta!!
