I don't think they will take over, although a majority of the midrange PV's have them I think it will remain a balance of both types of batteries.

Mine must be "second generation", as it has the ego threading, as well as 510 and beauty ring.
I've had no issues with the charging plug, so I'm guessing it's beefed up. Just remember that it is a micro usb, and sometimes a bit hard to see which side is up. Be gentle

I tossed that "beauty ring". It's ugly, to be honest, and it actually sticks out a couple of millimeters past the side of the MVP. I just got a couple of ego sleeves, one for small tanks and one for large... here's the small sleeve covering the ego threads and snugged up to the vapeonly tank:

I think this unit will appeal to alot of folks on the go. Considering the ease of charge and not having to take a charger and extra batts with them. I'll be glad not having to bring my pila with me anymore to work. It's unnecessary but I'm paranoid. lI'll still keep my ea or provari with me in my backpack if the iTaste fails with an extra batt for extra precaution but the charger is staying at home.
I heard there is a rumor one is coming out with and ohm meter plus 6 volt capability. I'll pick up one of those as well heh. I have an addiction guys. Please help me.

I love the design of the billet box. The only thing is is that I don't cartos do anymore. Now if that 705 works with it it may be a win. I haven't tried the 705 rebuildable yet but I've heard good things.
I was thinking about the whole non removable battery thing. We are used to doing it with our mods of course but think of the things we have with built in batteries like most of our cell phones, I pads etc.
It is a hell of alot easier to just plug in the mod though, thats why the Mvp is also one of my favorites along with the groove.
Love the idea of a lanyard for the MVP! I really dig lanyards, and that's one of the few things it lacks.

Not at all, I have a feeling he might have "juiced" the button by mistake. I try to make sure I don't get any juice on it and use good non-leaking clearo's with it, but I am a clean freak some may say,LOL

It would be VERY handy, indeed!
I even looked at Serenity Gear for a nice leather one but no such luck..I'm sure he could do a custom one, but it would probably cost a pretty penny.
