Cool another question, lol I been up all this time reading about vaping. Well to my question is how many of you guys vap with juice, and nic? I was wondering how does vaping help you stop smoking analogs if nicotine could still be involved in the mixture of vaping? For example I want to buy fonkey monkey e-juice and it ha a choice for me to pick the mg of nic involved should I go for the no nic mixture or start off in a low mg?

It seems that starting off around 12-18 mg would be a good call, cause its right in the middle of the nicotine strength range, and will let you get an idea if you want more or less.

I'd say definitely start off with small sample bottles. Don't want to get stuck with 29mL of something you really dislike (though you can always 'pay-it-forward', trade or sell it on here).

I have apparently quite a mean nicotine tolerance at the moment. Everybody who tries my setup claims they are getting a head change from the nicotine (as would happen with a few too many drags on a smoke). I don't even notice it. Been considering lowering to 18mg but mostly for less throat hit with the added benefit of slowly waning myself.

Purely opinion based. In the end, the best PV is the one that keeps you off of cigarettes. Nuff said.

If you can find a better APV than a Provari....then buy it.

Sorry Baditude. but there are a couple of em that make the Provari look week with the warenty and customer service. They also cost about twice as much. For the bang for the buck I'll go Provari. If I could I'd go with the precieseplus or the trinadade, sorry for spelling. but it's crazy cost for either.

Sorry, t, but I stand by my statement.

How much and what did/do you smoke? A 1-2PAD smoker would go around 18-24mg nic level. I was a 2-3PAD smoker, I'm switching between 24-36mg juice. Some PAD smokers choke on 18mg, some half PAD smokers don't get enough from 24mg. This is why we encourage samples so much when first starting out. Everyone will taste something different in every juice, and different peoples bodies respond differently.
18mg is normally a good place to start for most vapers.

Which ones do you like, which ones don't you like and why if you don't mind? Might be helpful with the OP making choices in the future.

Hi p&p

I'm relatively new myself, and placed virtually the same order you did (except my provari is white/blue led)

I love it and I believe you go big or go home : )

My only recommendation is to get another more portable setup for when you are out and about. The provari is heavy (well built) it's cool for the car but not so much in your pocket.

Personally, I got a couple is e-go twists that I can easily carry in my pocket when the provari isn't practical.

vivi's novas are nice cause they're easy to fill easy too use.. flavor's ok. cart tanks are nice..little more work to fill..more flavor... vision ET.. awesome.. best flavor so far no that hard to rebuild.. cobra clone with ss wick...:( maybe i'm doing it wrong but with the stock coil i'm getting minimal flavor.. hoping for more...

If you know that your going to be a vapor from now on out, I'd say go for it. Although, you still might want something for long drives, or something smaller. Wish I could afford one, I had to settle for a variant of the lava-tube, many of the same features and size of the provari and I love it. But it's not really a pocket vapor, is the only draw back I have.

And that's why I got a Provari instead of one of the others. The cost is unreal compared to the Provari. I priced the PreciesePlus and Kicklet. An 18500 and Kicklet in two tone was gonna run around $300 usd. Oh hell I'll have 3 Provari's for that price. Maybe I'll get a mini tonight. That's the mood I'm in now.; I want something and I want to buy it now. Then in a week when I'm broke I can vape happy. Ughhhhhhhhhhhh confusion sets in.

Hello Been a smoker since 16 years old, I am now 32. I want to quit smoking analogs and start vaping. I want my first purchase to become my last purchase so I am planing ahead to try and score my self a provari. Any recommendations would be welcomed. Thank you.

All I can say is-Great choice.... No need to waste money on lesser equipment.. Start right at the top-Provari-Pila charger-HH357 attys.....

I have to intercede and say that I would NEVER suggest a $22 atomizer for learning how to drip with. They're a great atty, but I don't know of many folks that haven't popped a few atties while learning how to use and care for them.
This is a better choice for learning how to use a dripping atty, becuse who cares if you ruin a couple.

BTW, if the OP finds that he likes dripping, he will love a Reo.

    add:
Damnit, you guys just made me spend more money at reosmods!

I think finding a juice you love is a way bigger problem than batteries. Most all of the bigger batts will give a good vape but you will spend more on juice in the long run.
Finding juices we love is every vapers adventure.
No sure what your analogy is trying to say. Sounds like its saying, "It doesn't matter if you start with a $500 MOD or a battery, paperclip, wire and atty, juice will cost you more in the long run."

Everyone has to buy juice no matter what they vape. Between my wife and I we go through almost exactly $1 in juice daily. Beats the heck out of the price of discounted, stale, crud flavored death sticks sold out of the back of a van in a dark alley. :D
