i know it was posted somewhere, but Quig's quoted a 1.15mm drill bit for widening the holes on the i06... what is the american size for drill bit?

to answer your question that would be a 3/64th drill bit

take 1.15 mm x .03937=.04523755 thousands a conversion charts tells us that is a 3/64ths. actually a 3/64th is .0469 but close enough.

tried asking this on another thread Reo guys, gals... With Reo, can you blow into the d/t to get extra juice back down the bottle?

I do that every time I refill the bottle so no juice in the tube leaks onto the Reo. If I am using a high PG juice, I also draw on the drip tip to bring juice up into whatever I am using.

well that would work for my purposes then... getting it out of the atty and into the drip well is just as goo i suppose, for siphoning back in when needed.
Vaping a Grand right now...nope, just fills your drip cup.

I'm hoping that things are in a transitional phase right now. Only 38 3.5 ohm i06s in stock? no 510 cannons? no Siam DTs?

Also, does Ikenvape.com redirect to http://wdhzv.xqven.servertrust.com/ for everyone, or is it just me? It appears to be a site run by Volusion. Is it just temporary until things get finalized?

Also, his shipping page says he'll only ship to US and Canada with other vendors supplying the rest of the world, so maybe that's also pending.

I've often wondered why the good folks at South Park think our lower jaws aren't attached to our heads, seems kind of odd...

but I think most Americans will find that us Canadians are a pretty fair people to do business with...you'll see this after we finish buying up all your real estate and rent it back to you...all except Palm Springs, sorry, but we're keeping that

From what I know through various convos with the man yes he is switching over to Volusion, is he ready to launch with Volusion? I don't know.

I believe if I am not mistaken that International Orders will be conducted to vendors only, hence why the supply chain was opened to Europe and the Philippines. Wrt Canada, well I am not sure what he will be doing there. Isaac is the man that will explain the future of IkenVape when he gets a chance.

Down south we're taught from an early age "Nothing good ever came out of mixing moose and Molson" :)

Fortunately Canadians have JRCustomTurning to turn to for their Ikenvape fix, while waiting for the Ikenvape store to do good things. I hear Switched will take good care of you :)

I'm late to the party - but a 'numbered' bit is better to approximate 1mm than a fractional bit.

mminchesbit3
.9906mm.039"#61
1mm.0394"n/a
1.016mm.04"#60

I picked up a 1mm bit and believe it or not that .15mm makes a difference, I like the 1mm better, I think it may be the slightly stiffer draw (say compared to a Cisco 306) that Iken was gunning for. I checked out some drill bit size charts and I think a 1/32 bit may be a good size to start with (it's only .79mm but you can always go bigger if you have to, but that may work for you). There doesn't seem to be a fractional equivalent of 1mm in Imperial ("American size":D...I love my US brothers, you guys kill me:D) but it converts to .0394"...you may not find a 1mm bit in Home Depot or Lowe's but any industrial supply shop will have them. I've bored out all 4 of my now and they all just rock (now I get the whole io6 hype...they are that good)....the "important" thing is do not use a drill, just twist the bit in your fingers, seems all you are doing is honing out the excess plating (the holes are drilled then the connector is plated)...I think the issue that some of us are having is we got some units that were subject to an "ambitious" plating process...IMO

That's why I like that kit Uke found with the hand vice, perfect for tweaking atty air holes and if you build home made Gennys you can dial your draw in just perfect.
