I picked up a 1mm bit and believe it or not that .15mm makes a difference, I like the 1mm better, I think it may be the slightly stiffer draw (say compared to a Cisco 306) that Iken was gunning for. I checked out some drill bit size charts and I think a 1/32 bit may be a good size to start with (it's only .79mm but you can always go bigger if you have to, but that may work for you). There doesn't seem to be a fractional equivalent of 1mm in Imperial ("American size"

...I love my US brothers, you guys kill me

) but it converts to .0394"...you may not find a 1mm bit in Home Depot or Lowe's but any industrial supply shop will have them. I've bored out all 4 of my now and they all just rock (now I get the whole io6 hype...they are that good)....the "important" thing is do not use a drill, just twist the bit in your fingers, seems all you are doing is honing out the excess plating (the holes are drilled then the connector is plated)...I think the issue that some of us are having is we got some units that were subject to an "ambitious" plating process...IMO
