Well, y'all, I'm hanging in there by the hardest right now. I worked overtime for a day, will be home for a couple, and then back out to another base and then another base to cover for people who are out. Can we talk about a little stress??? You guys are right. I've been VERY hard on myself, and right now I just can't do that and remain sane. I haven't been at home long enough to get my hands on juice with a higher Nic level. BUT, I refuse to give up on this journey, and somewhere down the line, it WILL get better.

After almost 2 months of dual use, it struck me that the only way I would ever be able to completely quit smoking is if I never, ever took another puff on a cig. That was July 31, and I have not had a puff since.

I know I will never have to deal with this again as long as I never take another puff. If I ever do, then I have to start this whole complicated process over.

When you are really ready to do it, you will! But not before then.

vaping 24mg juice took me down from 2PAD to 6 cigs a day the first week. I didn't notice that until I realized that I hadn't smoked much more than a pack the entire week. I did that for a long time before deciding not to buy another pack. When I didn't smoke any more it was nothing ... no cravings, no stress. The vape carried me through without fanfare, but I let it stretch on for 2 years before I actually made an attempt to end my cigarette habit. I could have done it in the 3rd month pretty easily, but didn't realize that.

Now, I'm vaping 6mg juice and finding it just right.
