instead of hanging on to the Deeming thread. They really Aren't even close to the same thing.

Rightfully so, I L'dMAO at all this Deeming sillyness. Everything I've been using was Still totally available for the usual reasonable prices. Those places that blamed Deeming for their going out of business would have gone its up Anyway. (I put juice Mixing in with owning a Liquor store or a Boobie Bar. How can you Possible eff that up??)

I'm not laughing anymore though.

This shipping ban will Likely bring a Screeching damn HALT to the vape world as we know it. I saw a poster say Well at least we still have our Local shops. Oh really, how do you think They're gonna get new stock shipped to Them??

If UPS starts Enforcing their Already Existing tobacco products Ban, that's IT folks, the Last even slightly open shipping door Slams Shut. And pretty damn soon too.

Thankfully I have about 2 years of hardware and about 1.5 years of juice left. I think my Plan B will involve a Bud in Canada shipping me stuff IF it's even still available There by the time I Need it.

I sure have missed the Demoncrats running my life for me. Not. I can't thank them enough for this shipping ban.

The shipping ban does not affect Business to Business shipments. It only affects shipments to consumers.

How do you like living in Ocala, is there a nice nightlife scene for thirty-somethings? Do you have to drive far to see streets full of pedestrians in cross walks and good foot-traffic street side shopping? The housing prices seem fair.
So far as I can tell, Deadsville. We DO call it Slocala. The U of F is only 35 miles North though. Daytona is an hour away as is Holando/Mouse town.
There's not even a 7-11 anywhere in Marion county. Or even 1 Boobie Bar.
A lot more action down in The Villages, STD capital of the US, but most of that is at least 50 years old.
The local springs are nice as is the scenery.
If you dig horses or golf this is your place.

The answer is not a matter of pointing to one place. This is US/western law, which is written in a way so that you cannot easily figure out what is going on iwth your liberties.

If you have internet access, you have to do some homework, or visit your local library and maybe you can find the answer there.

An alternative is to hire and attorney to do the work for you.

I'll try to help you as much as I can, but I'm not very good at it as I am allergic to law, which is one reason why I chose the prepper route, which ensures my freedom to vape. ;)

    ...

If you look at Public Law 111–154 111th Congress (which I believe is also called "The Jenkins Act" but I could be wrong). It sets the rules and regulations that have to be met for the "delivery sale" (definition given in the law) of "tobacco products". It also defines what a "consumer" is (which EXcludes importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, etc).

Now, that law does not ban the use of the USPS or private carriers for shipment of "tobacco products" (as far as I can tell) nor does it specifically mention "e-cigarettes" and/or "vaping" supplies. That is what the new AMENDMENTS to that law set to accomplish...

    1) To include "e-cigarettes"/vape into that law
    2) To ban the shipping of all tobacco products using the USPS.

I may be back to update this post. Gotta go for now.

@smacuser - If you'll read Sec. 2 and Sec. 3 of the Bill...you'll see that if the MJ (or any other substance) is for theraputic purposes (likely requires a medical Rx for it), it'll be OK'd to go by USPS and so will the vape pens be that are needed to use it. If it's not, and it's just for recreational purposes (even if it's legal in the consumers state)...they won't be allowed to go by the USPS under the new Bill.

Text - S.1253 - 116th Congress (2019-2020): Preventing Online Sales of E-Cigarettes to Children Act

“(7) ELECTRONIC NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEM.—The term ‘electronic nicotine delivery system’—

“(A) means any electronic device that, through an aerosolized solution, delivers nicotine, flavor, or any other substance to the user inhaling from the device;....."

He is correct. It's in the language of the section of the bill that we're talking about. It is an end-user ban for shipping not a commercial ban. However it does impact commercial stores not because they can't get the mail but because they have to register and comply with the federal government's rules regarding selling age-restricted cigarette products. That can include keeping track of your customers and providing their information to the government it also includes taxes and making sure that they collect the proper taxes and other things I'm drawing a blank right now the name of the ACT but I will try to go find the information and post it basically they have to comply and register as a commercial sales place and abide by all of the rules of selling a restricted product.

    It's The Pact Act

Technically this language bans any electronic device that you can buy that aerosols flavoring for consumption, and calls it an electronic nicotine delivery device. So even those devices that deliver flavored oxygen, that I have seen, would be illegal to ship under this precedent?

If you go to the link I posted, and read what's right below the part that I quoted...it describes the "exceptions". IMO, the delivery device for the oxygen, and the oxygen itself, would qualify most likely, according to those.

I just got this from an online vendor I've bought from several times at least. I bet there will many others sending similar emails in the near future.

    ONLINE STORE CLOSING

Due to the new Federal Law that effectively bans online sales of vape products and liquids, we're deeply saddened that this Online Store will be CLOSING permanently on
Sunday, March 21, 2021 at 11:59 PM Eastern or as supplies last.
    * * Our Retail Store in Stuart, Florida will remain OPEN & is not closing * *

We recommend that you stock up on juice and coils!
E-Liquid will stay fresh for 1 to 2 years if kept cool & away from sunlight. It will stay fresh even longer if extra bottles are stored in the fridge (keep away from children).

    Mister-E-Liquid statement:

So according to Mr Eliquid, (@ 6:10) they themselves believe that USPS will not do commercial shipments, but also have no idea if UPS and FedEx will even take commercial shipments, so they may not be able to get any inventory.

However, to the best of my knowledge, UPS and FedEx do deliver cigarettes, snuff and chew to stores, so why would they not deliver vape supplies when they are all the same product - "tobacco products"? I doubt a small, independent convenience store gets all of it's tobacco products via LTL carriers. At least some of it probably gets delivered by UPS/FedEx. But I never worked at one so I can't say for sure.
