After a long period of very strenuous internal debating, I think I've made an appropriate decision for the next step of my venture. I'm planning on purchasing a Darwin this Friday from Nhaler.

I would appreciate any feedback from Darwin owners, past and present, and suggestions for a clutch of hardware to order with it. I was hoping to get a few VPX tanks along with it, but they're unavailable currently. I'm sure something similar would suffice.

Thanks all!

I'd honestly never pay $300 for any type of ecig, Idc what it does. Granted It's the most awesome one I've ever seen, I'd go $150 but that's as high as I'd ever go, unless I was rich and didn't care... I'm also sayin this not knowing what the price actually will be for the finished version, but still, Awesome review of it, and very nice Device!

It's $230.00 from Evolv or nhaler after 5% discount and free shipping. When you consider that you don't need to buy anything else...no charger or mod batteries, you just can't go wrong. It's all you need. When you look at mods, you need to consider extension sleeves, extra batteries, and a charger. That all adds up. And with other ecigs, you need to consider buying extra batteries and rotate charging all the time, and buying new batteries throughout the year.

With the Darwin, it's $230 once up front and your done, and no pita charging and rotating batteries everyday. Great deal in my opinion. And the best performing device out there. Throat hit and vapor like no other. YES, I love my Darwin!

I agree. Read through the thread. And my 2 cents: I wouldn't be without my Darwin. No never, ever!

I hate my time without it too. ;)

I picked up a used one just because I was curious about some of the resistance I was getting on some of my cartos and tanks.

I love that:
  • I know that the carto and tank is running like it is supposed to
  • It is easy to read
  • It lasts for 2 days
  • You can use it in pass-thru
  • You get the same hit from beginning to end
  • It is SUPER easy to adjust

Issues:
  • I wish the bend point was in the top center so you could snap it back into itself
  • I wish the connection was a bit stiffer so you do not have to balance things, like tanks, on top of it.

Price? $220-$240 dollars Please! ANY decent well crafted mod is at LEAST $120 and do not have the internal brains nor battery life of the Darwin. Chump change in the grand scheme of things. I would spend almost that on cigs a month. So non-issue.
